Who We're Looking For - VP, Agency Services - Portent You lead the marketing agency. You oversee the brand, driving lead generation to fuel the business development pipeline. You lead the business development team, strategizing how the agency pitches, prices, closes, and retains high-value clients. You lead the marketing services team, cultivating a best-in-class service team equipped to grow, maintain, and deliver for agency clients. You own the financial performance for the agency, ensuring the business model is set up to scale and meet projections. You do what is necessary to help the agency be healthy and grow. You are successful if the agency consistently brings on new business and improves client outcomes, marketing skills, team function and culture, and business development. Problem solving, expectation management and negotiation skills.
