You will have the ability to create data-rich dashboards, implementing Row-level Security (RLS) in Power BI, writing DAX expressions, developing custom BI products and sound knowledge of database management, data modeling, business intelligence and SQL querying. And also the ability to drill down data and visualize it in the best possible way through charts, reports, or dashboards.

Responsibilities
• Use Power BI/Data Analytics to enable business areas to efficiently visualize large amounts of data from across Bank communication channels highlighting data insights previously requiring hours of manual work for each review
• Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide the timeline to accomplish tasks
• Provide expert consulting on the best way to represent data to get data insights
• Create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power BI
• Identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently
• Combine data from several sources including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Databases
• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform efficient detailed analysis.
• Design and implement security policies
• Use advanced features of PowerBI including PowerQuery, DAX, slices, and filters
• Update and maintain existing BI dashboards

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
• 5 years of experience creating data models and visualizations using PowerBI
• Experience with Customer Insight App for Dynamics 365
• Experience providing strategic counsel on data analysis and industry best practices
• Can manage a diverse client base
• US Citizen or lawful permanent resident with three or more years of US residency

• Advanced knowledge of Power BI Desktop
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI Service (workspaces, apps, mobile, Pro vs. Premium, Pipelines)
• Significant experience writing and optimizing Power Query (M) and DAX
• Significant experience writing and optimizing SQL (any flavor)
• Recent experience implementing RLS
• Hands on experience in preparing test strategies, test plans, test scripts for functional, regression and system test activities against Business Requirements
• Experience in fixing the Defect/bugs identified in testing (Development/QA/UAT), tracking them to closure
• Able to explain concepts of Data Warehouse design and development
• Able to explain concepts of Dimensional Modeling design and development
• Analytical mindset, problem-solver & a team player

You will create and control planning schedules that are aligned with forecast requirements to support customer service levels.
You will acquire all necessary products via interplant and coman/copack shipments to service customer orders and ensure inventory is in place to support customer service levels & KPIs.
You will also communicate materials shortages and forecast when shortages will be resolved.
You will run daily, weekly, and monthly reports to review past due, current and future orders.
You will research and communicate with corresponding parties to ensure accuracy of data.
You will also respond to routine inquiries of sourcing data.
You will be responsible for assuring customer service level goals are met on given products and/or locations.
You will monitor and identify potential inventory shortfalls and coordinate efforts to resolve.
You will track and monitor inventory reporting that summarizes inventory levels, service level and all related issues that support defined key performance indicators.
You will provide sales history trends & insights to support forecasting for key product lines.
You will have the ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Required Skills &
Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.

Strong analytical, quantitative skills with a proven ability to problem solve and develop solutions to complex issues Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, ability to influence others not under directly control SAP experience preferred.
PowerBI, Tableau or similar business intelligence experience preferred.
