JOB OVERVIEW Main responsibilities include:
Process inbound shipments Manage inventory levels Misc.
projects DESCRIPTION OF IDEAL CANDIDATE Here are the skills the right candidate MUST have:
1) Attention to detail There is little room for error in this job.
Customers need to be provided the right information, orders need to be fulfilled correctly, accurate information needs to be added to the website, etc.
Yes, mistakes happen but they need to be kept to a minimum and must be learned from.
2) Can multitask Sometimes, things get crazy.
In any given moment, you can have a phone call, live chat, UPS driver dropping off a shipment, etc.
and you need to be able to handle several things at once.
It's just the way it is.
3) Good computer skills This is a computer-based job.
Adding information to the website, updating spreadsheets in Excel, typing emails, etc.
If you are not super comfortable on a computer, this job is not for you.
4) Reliable This is a business and we expect you to be here when you are scheduled to work.
If you are given a task or a project, we expect it to get done in a timely manner.
5) Knowledge of bikes and parts a plus! While not a requirement, knowledge and interest in bikes is a huge plus.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Fluent on English speaking and writing E-commerce experience a plus COMPANY CULTURE We work hard and we are serious, but the office is fun and casual.

Monday through Friday 8:
00 AM to 5:
00 PM US Pacific Time.
Pay:
Hourly.
Based on ability and experience.
