Notify appropriate personnel and accurately document any deviation from quality standards or non-compliance issues.Segregate and hold non-compliance finished products and ingredients according to Conagra Foods procedures.Responsible for ensuring product meets food safety, legal and quality requirements.Ensure compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Programs.Clean and maintain laboratory equipment.Assist Quality Assurance Supervisor and Quality Manager in other areas or projects as assigned.

Ability to understand specifications and recognize product quality issues.Ability to effectively communicate deviations from quality standards to appropriate personnel.Competency in process auditing and inspection.Accuracy and timeliness of work.SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED:High School Diploma or Equivalent.Minimum 6 months experience in a manufacturing facility (Food Processing, Packing or QA/Laboratory preferred).Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.Basic math to determine percentages and calculate test results (use of calculator is essential).Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety issues.Must be able to work with little supervision in a fast paced environment.Computer literate. Basic skills necessary for using e-mail, Microsoft Word and Excel.
