[About the role]
ProtoPie is looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager in the US region. You will play a critical role in setting Enterprise customers up for success, helping them to achieve their desired outcomes with ProtoPie. This position will directly report to the EVP of Customer Experience.
[Responsibilities]
• Actively manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers based in the US, which include some of the world’s leading organizations in industries such as technology and automotive.
• Be responsible for Enterprise customer journey from onboarding, adoption to value realization.
• Understand Enterprise customers’ goals, pain points and use cases, and share best practices.
• Monitor product usage, identify churn risks and expansion opportunities, and form strategy and action items.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders through various cadences, and support and nurture Champions.
• Work collaboratively with Account Managers to ensure successful renewals.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to create helpful content, and resolve and escalate issues for users.
[Qualifications]
Must
• Native English communication skills (written and verbal).
• 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, business development or sales at a SaaS company.
• Experience establishing credibility with key stakeholders including Decision Makers and Champions.
• Experience working collaboratively across teams.
• Experience with issue resolution and escalation management.
• Problem-solving, strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Organization, prioritization and time management skills.
• Multi-cultural and global mindset to engage with users all over the world.
• The position is open anywhere in the United States
