We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer who can work on a team that is tasked with building, and maintaining an ICAP compliant web proxy cache server using Squid-iCAP that integrates with ClamAV to scan and sanitize files. We are looking for someone to assist with setting up a RADIUS proxy server. We currently operate a large number of BNGs (NAS devices) which all need to authenticate RADIUS/PPP requests to RADIUS servers. The number of realms being matched is increasing, as well as the number of NAS devices. It is not feasible to keep updating NAS devices on each radius server.
For each @realm.tld RADIUS request... the BNG will look up the respective realm, and then

The RADIUS server will return: IP Address and Up/Down Rate limit. NAS device will send usage/uptime stats to RADIUS server periodically.
We require a RADIUS Proxy server, based on FreeRADIUS. This proxy server will now handle the @realm.tld lookup and request AAA from the respective RADIUS server. Our NAS devices will send all radius requests to this Proxy server, which will in turn query the respective RADIUS server, and return Authentication, IP and usage information as required.
We will provide two Linx (any flavour) servers, with public IP addresses. A working RADIUS proxy server that proxies requests based on @realm.tld (proxy realms) needs to be configured. We are proxying UDP packets for a game server through a Nginx reverse proxy. Clients connected to the server timeout very often because the Nginx can't handle the requests.
