We are looking to hire an LCMHCA, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCSW, LCMHCS, MFT, or LCSWS for full time positions. Pay would be hourly based on direct client service hours and would be between 71$ - 81$ per hour depending on level of licensure and amount of NARM training.
Once hired on with us we will pay for and help set up the following:
• Psychology Today Profile
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Microsoft Office
• Insurance paneling with Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Simple Practice EHR Platform
• Needed Office Supplies
Benefits:
• Run your own schedule and days off.
• 20+ holidays celebrated that do not go against your hour requirements.
• Full time is 18 client hours per week.
• W-2 employee so taxes are taken out of your check automatically
• You will become trained on advanced topics (somatic therapy, NARM, etc)
• Due to telehealth coverage being extended for some major insurance plans, we are able to offer office-only, hybrid, or online-only positions.
• A kickass team of clinicians!
Things to think about:
• We don’t offer health insurance at this time. You can get a government plan on marketplace for cheaper and better quality than what we could get you as a small business.
• We don’t cover supervision costs for associate licenses.
• We are chill employers. We are a company created by clinicians for clinicians. We care about your work life balance. That’s why our minimum client hours for full time clinicians is 18 hours. You can always have more, but that’s up to you.
• We do not micromanage. We feel employees should be trusted.
