• Effectively process files and deliver for underwriting review and approval.
• Understand mortgage real estate lending practices including state, federal, and internal guidelines.
• Effectively communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and internal departments.
• Meet all required pipeline deadlines through workflow prioritization.
• Prepare, review, and submit files to underwriting in a timely manner.
• Identify red flags or potential issues and ensure each have been addressed before the file is sent to closing.
• Ensure quality is uncompromised and all loan documentation is thoroughly analyzed and meets guidelines.
• Monitor files in pipeline and update LOS to indicate outcome of file review and save documentation.
• Maintain minimum file requirements as well as condition turn-times as set forth by management.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state lending regulations, including TRID.
• Order verifications, credit supplements, and other items as needed.

• Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
