You will be part of the ticketing team. You will plan and support the team to ensure they deliver optimal customer satisfaction and surpass the annual revenue targets. You will understand customer’s needs and help them to plan the right itinerary for their needs, cancelling and changing reservations where... required. Specific Accountabilities Include
• Handle customer requirements/request professionally ensuring minimum complaints.
• Support travel agent with seat confirmation and arrange VIP booking/ticketing queries.
• Support staff and customers to resolve difficult issues/problems pertaining to reservations and ticketing, on daily basis.
• Arranges reservations and routing for passengers. Utilizing Amadeus system to make the booking for passengers.
• Issue tickets and quoting correct fares to customers.
• Assigns specified space to customers and maintains computerized inventory of passengers spaces availability.
• Minimize customers waiting time to two minutes.
• Prepare staff roster to ensure proper distribution of manpower.
• Guide and support staff and keep them updated with relevant changes in the industry and Qatar Airways products/services.
• Investigate complains to define and correct weak areas.
• Ensure quality of work, meet the Airline standard, and motivate staff to achieve positive contribution on daily basis.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A recognized IATA or Airline Advanced Passenger Tariff and Pricing Course
• Thorough knowledge of special rates / offers and promotions
• Strong experience of working within a ticketing environment
• Experience of working in a fast paced customer service environment
• Passion for delivering customer service
• Proven ability to resolve problems to the full satisfaction of the customer
• Ability to adhere to Management Policy and target sales mix to achieve maximum revenue
• You must be willing to work shifts
• You must have experience working with Amadeus

About You
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills
• Relevant College or University level qualification
• Holds a minimum of two full QR main fleet EASA/ICAO/QCAA license and approvals.
• Licensed Engineer capable of holding authorization on foreign carrier’s aircraft types.
• Holds EASA part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License, type-rated with minimum two aircraft type i.e. A330, B777, A350 and B787 is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Technical Maintenance for a large Airline.
• Holds EASA part 147 type training or equivalent.
• Able to work in a highly pressurized working environment.
• Able to work with high volume activities within 24/7 shift pattern.
• Has good exposure to operational and tactical decision-making.
• Able to prioritize sequential completion of tasks and processes.
Only US Citizens and US permanent Residents will be considered for the role. The position is not eligible for a visa sponsorship.

• Establish the department or teams objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives.
• Regularly evaluate the department or teams objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed.
• Oversee and supervise employees. Direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
• Train and develop other employees, to ensure succession planning is in place.
• Ensure that any personal data obtained and processed is treated in accordance with data protection principles followed by the Group, as well as applicable Group policies and Procedures on data protection and information security.
• Consult the Group’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) office prior to making decisions on the processing, storage, retention and deletion of professional data with regards to responding to Subject Access Requests (SARs), conducting Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIAs) and identifying any personal data breach, if there is no policy or procedure that provides adequate guidance.

Accountabilities
• Ensure an overall utilization of booked seats for more than half of capacity measured from 90 days prior to departure.
• Plan, direct, and control all selling and marketing activities of the station and penetrate the local market to secure new sources of revenue.
• Meet and/or exceed the set cargo revenue targets.
• Assist RCM in preparing and controlling the revenue and cost budget.
• Prepare a business and marketing plan in order to optimize revenue opportunities and maximize QR’s presence in the market.
• Negotiate short, medium, and long term pricing initiatives to mutual benefit which are consistent with the station’s revenue goals and pricing guidelines.
• Direct sales visits with freight forwarding community in local region.
• Evaluate QR’s market share, traffic movements to/from station and other airline practices, and identify areas of concern and recommend remedial action.
• Ensure QR’s participation in sales campaigns and public events, collecting sales leads for circulation to concerned departments and stations. Liaise with marketing department to obtain technical assistance.
• Analyze key market data, i.e. CASS, World ACD, Local Airport, etc.
• Weekly and monthly sales reporting to RCM.
• Ensure all agent/ freight forwarder queries are answered with effective solutions on time.

• Ensuring that all QR aircraft handling standards are met on a shift basis
• Managing and controlling manpower on the shift, in order to optimize utilization and to maintain staff morale and discipline
• Ensuring proper allocation of manpower and resources in the airport operations
• Completing checks to ensure adequate standards are maintained
• Resolving customer problems and complaints while on duty and working with all departments including Customer Relations to provide resolutions for complaint handling
• Facilitating ramp handling activities in liaison with GHA, Caterers, Fueling, Maintenance, Cargo, and Crew to expedite departure

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
• Right to live and work in Hungary.
• Relevant experience in an airline or reputed Ground Handling Operations at supervisory level.
• Overall knowledge of airport functions within passenger and baggage handling, weight and balance and dangerous goods regulations.
• Excellent customer focus and service delivery
• Strong ramp operation experience and knowledge.
• Strong background in Airport or GHA Operations
• Good understanding of Conditions of Carriage, International Civil Aviation Safety and Security Procedures in accordance with ICAO and IATA.
• The ability of speaking both Hungarian and English fluently

In this role, you will supervise and control flight-handling activities such as flight editing, check-in, transfers and boarding, in order to ensure a high service standard. You will achieve optimum customer satisfaction and on-time department of flights. You will also have overall control of the shift as a direct... representative of the Airport Services Manager. You will also ensure punctuality and safety of all Qatar Airways operations.
