The Selected Candidate Will Have Responsibility In The Following Areas

QinetiQ Inc. is looking to hire an experienced Finance Management Analyst to support our mission work at our Aberdeen Proving Ground, VA site.
• As a Financial Management Analyst responsibilities include: Analyze financial and/or budget requirements covering all aspects of resource management programs.
• Apply extensive technical knowledge in analyzing management systems and in identifying and resolving complex issues related to functional financial areas.
• Analyzes data, compiles facts and information, and provides technical advice to customers.
• Utilize automated systems such as General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) to provide financial data collection and execution.
• Assignments may involve developing resource documents, conducting studies to compare current findings with historical data, monitoring an organization's resource allocations.
• Monitor resource allocations for the organization.
• Perform budget analysis of financial programs with high visibility such as congressional budget line items; the impact of changes in legislative or regulatory requirements; consideration of long-range program goals and objectives.
• Analyzes interrelated issues of effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity affecting major administrative programs/projects of an agency.
• Provide financial management guidance to customers in accordance with regulations, policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

To Land This Job, You Need
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or a similar field, or equivalent hands on experience.
• Experience receiving, reviewing, and processing purchase requirest using various databases such as Access.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite Software especially Access and Excel.
• Excellent Oral and written communication.
• Knowledge of GFEBS or similar government accounting software is required.

Configuration Management (CM) Specialist

Description

This position controls the product information and documentation related to product configurations.

The Configuration Management (CM) Specialist is responsible for maintaining and managing accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs) in the Product Data Management (PDM) system and managing the repository of released data. The selected candidate will prepare or review engineering changes and variances and investigate their effect on overall product baselines. The CM Specialist will check CAD models for model based meta data requirements. This position will mostly be a remote position, but if needed to come into the office, the person would go into our Waltham, MA location.

Responsibilites
• Transfer documents to and from PDM system to external partner
• Manage & track documents thru workflows
• Review and track engineering change requests (ECR), Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Requests for Variances (RFV).
• Responsible for proper approval authority of changes.
• Check CAD models, drawings and documents prior to release for compliance to company standards and program requirements.
• Works closely with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing and Program Management representatives.
• Conduct configuration verification, auditing, and reporting activities

Required Qualifications
• Associates Degree in a Technical Field
• 5+ years of CM related experience
• Proficient with a PDM tool, Windchill/PDMLink and ProjectLink a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Solid understanding of EIA-649
• Working knowledge for performing Configuration Status Accounting.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
• Must have exceptional organizational skills

The Program Manager will support our Land Systems Division with a focus on the following areas:
• Act as primary customer interface for all program aspects and lead program reviews to discuss technical, cost and schedule activities.
• Create program plans including the development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for management of scope to ensure alignment with contract requirements, budgets, and internal commitments.
• Monitor and assess program performance against plan (schedule and financial) using and Earn Value (EV), identify risk and scope changes, develop and implement corrective action when necessary to initiate program changes. Maintain MS Schedule regularly.
• Control expenditures per the project budget and report monthly on project budget to actual performance via the Estimate to Complete (ETC) process.
• Understand the role and responsibility of each program team member, and through expert communication and leadership skills, establish a common understanding among team members on scope, schedule, and financial objectives.
• Work with functional managers to develop program resource plans. Direct assigned program resources.
• Work closely with the Business Development, Engineering, Operations, and Finance departments to support proposal efforts, contract negotiation and award.

To Land This Job, You Need:
• Minimum of 5+ years of Project Lead experience with Department of Defense customers
• B.S /B.A. in Engineering, Science Mathematics or equivalent
• Proven track record of managing programs with challenging technical, schedule, and cost requirements as well as complex customer and subcontractor relationships.
• Must have hands on experience creating and maintaining plans in MS Project.
• Must have experience managing with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
• Possess excellent people and leadership skills – must be capable of leading a team of technical personnel from different functions and foster collaboration and excel at conflict resolution.
• Strong customer management skills - must be capable of managing a customer to assure the customer’s needs are met without incurring scope growth.
• Ability to perfume scope/requirements analysis – must be capable of working with a customer to translate the customer’s wants and needs to top level scope and requirements.
• Estimating – must be capable of working with subject matter experts to develop estimates for duration and cost.
• Develop and maintain schedule/budgets – must know how to develop a WBS and translating that to a Microsoft Project schedule and identify budgets for all work packages in the WBS. Use EMVS to track progress and performance
• Hands-on project experience in design, development, test, installation, and/or repair of hardware is highly desirable
• Familiar with DOD/MIL standards and the military equipment acquisition and qualification process.
• Excellent computer skills with a strong proficiency in Windows platform, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio), Microsoft Project, knowledge of Deltek CostPoint or similar MRP/ERP software systems, Jira, Windchill.
• Excellent analytical, project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated execution of programs using Earned Value.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively to promote collaboration among the program team.

Position Summary:

QinetiQ is currently recruiting a Software Engineering Co-op. This individual will assist in the development and deployment of unmanned ground vehicle and controller technologies. The Software Engineering Co-op will have an opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team (software, electrical, and mechanical engineering) to develop an overall feel for system development. The Software Engineer Co-op should have an interest in various aspects of robotics platform research and development.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have development skills and project experience in C/C++ as well as some hands-on experience interfacing with electronic controls including sensors and motors. Experience in either .NET C# or Linux using the GCC/G++ toolchain is required. Familiarity with computer vision, artificial intelligence, and robotics system design is a plus as is exposure to Joint Architecture for Unmanned Systems (JAUS). The student is expected to be enrolled in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an Electrical Engineering program with software emphasis. Completion of at least one prior co-op or relevant work experience is preferred.

This Mechanical Engineering student will support the Design Engineering group with an emphasis on Engineering Production. The work will involve updating existing design and manufacturing documentation (using CAD, preferably Solidworks), developing process documentation, assisting production technicians with technical issues related to the assembly of prototype and production build and test. Other assignments include working with Engineers to create assembly fixtures, creating inspection process documentation, designing and detailing machine/sheet metal components, entering and managing MRP Bill of Material data for initial build, and devising and implementing various Engineering tests.

QinetiQ Inc. has an immediate opportunity for an experienced senior level Facility Security Officer (FSO) with Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) experience. The FSO will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of cleared facilities, supervising AFSOs and security personnel, and providing backup to other key positions. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and other related security activities.

The company is looking for a Sr. FSO with exceptional work ethic, ability to work independently with little to no supervision, demonstrated record of strong initiative, accomplished verbal/written communication skills, as well as demonstrated successful engagement and collaboration with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), and other DoD and/or Intelligence Community Customers. The candidate will be responsible for interpreting and applying policies, developing and implementing security programs, drafting plans and procedures to ensure mission success, and keeping compliance records in line with corporate policies and national security regulations.

Your Contribution To The Mission
• Management of all aspects under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) and other security aspects as it pertains to classified contracting
• Act as a Liaison with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and other Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) agencies as required
• Provide Security guidance to other business functions
• Familiar with DOD clearance processing requirements, SEAD4 and the 13 adjudicative standards, and tracking of personnel security clearances and associated investigation requirements
• Provide leadership and mentoring to other security personnel
• Process classified visit requests and certifications
• Responsible for all Facility Clearance Level (FCL) documentation and approvals in support of their program area/s
• Responsible for preparing and maintaining all facilities (and personnel) for favorable USG audits and inspections
• Responsible for providing, conducting, and tracking all personnel for required company and USG compliance training
• Responsible for preparation of subcontract DD Form 254’s for assigned classified contracts
• Responsible for preparation of SCI nomination related documentation for submission to the customer
• Responsible for inventory and proper control of any current or new classified materials on site
• Will handle administrative inquiries and conduct investigations of non-compliance
• Ensure all applicable entity information is updated in the National Industrial Security System (NISS) database
• Oversight of secure spaces, including providing alarm response
• Perform other duties as required

To Land This Job, You Need
• Active US Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
• 5+ years of increasing industrial security and FSO/CSSO responsibilities
• Experience in SCIF and closed area operations and management
• Experience in both DoD and IC customer workflows
• In-depth understanding of security manuals, directives, and Executive Orders; to include NISPOM Rule and its amplifying directives (DCIDs, ICDs, Sponsor Instruction, etc.)
• Must be experienced with USG Information Systems (NISS/DISS/eQIP)
• Must possess the Facility Security Officer Program Management for Possessing Facilities Curriculum Certificate
• Experience leading and mentoring other security team members

• Active SCI clearance w/ polygraph or willing to take a polygraph
• Experience working with a Special Security Agreement (SSA) or other FOCI agreement

Your Contribution To Our Mission
• Provide Program Management support for all efforts to accomplish the assigned missions, including acquisition of the following:
• Aerial target systems, aerial target subsystems, ground support equipment and spares.
• Flight operations, communication technologies, training, and planning
• Modification to existing aerial target systems to meet evolving requirements for research and development.
• Test supplies, and training support.

QinetiQ Inc. is looking to hire an experienced Senior Hardware/Software Installation Technician to support the design, development, and manufacture of aerial target payload systems at our Huntsville, AL customer site. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Manufacture and deliver commercial hardware and software materials which may include aerial target systems, aerial target subsystems, target components, spares, ground support equipment and other related hardware and software necessary to meet the needs of the Government.
• The acquisition of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and Government off-the-shelf (GOTS) software and hardware that may serve as stand-alone devices or be integrated into aerial target systems or subsystems.
• Installation of equipment the produced by the team, COTS/GOTS equipment the acquired, or equipment manufactured by others and provided to the team as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).
• Installation of software the team has produced, or developed by others and provided to the Government as part of the aerial target system, subsystems or ground support equipment.
• Manufacture and deliver non-commercial hardware, software and materials IAW individual task orders, statements of work, and performance specifications.
• Production of non-commercial hardware materials that may serve as stand-alone devices or be integrated into aerial target systems or subsystems.
• Production and delivery of non-commercial software materials that may be integrated into aerial target systems or subsystems.
• Provide onsite technical support personnel to support the aerial target operations, training operations, and weapon system certifications for aerial target systems managed by the TSMO.
• Technical support to repair/refurbish existing aerial target systems, subsystems, and related equipment to support aerial target operations.
• Provide technical support to the Targets Systems Management Office. This support shall include any area of administrative, general, logistical or engineering to support and assist in the program management of aerial target programs.
• Technical field support for launch, test and training site preparation and setup.
• Procure launch equipment, ground support equipment, spare parts, test equipment, special tools and other necessary documentation and technical support required to operate and maintain the target systems

To Land This Job, You Need
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in the procurement, delivery, and integration of commercial, non-commercial, hardware and software materials to support the development of government systems.
• Experience supporting the development of aerial target systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing experience, the ability to convey technical designs, ideas and results to non-technical audiences and to provide briefings to high-level government personnel.
