Responsibilities
• Take ownership of projects to work independently and deliver from start to finish
• Coordinate calendars, email inbox, contacts, and schedules for meetings, conference calls, and media engagements.
• Online research to find supporting data for creating presentations, documents and reports.
• Organize all files in a digital organization system.
• Strategic Planning: Work with the senior leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives.
• Coordination: Serve as a central point of contact for all departments within the organization, facilitating coordination and communication between them.
• Resource Management: Manage the allocation of resources, including budgets, staffing, and equipment, to ensure that they are being used effectively.
• Project Management: Oversee the management of major projects and initiatives, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
• Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the organization and its employees, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for change.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage risks to the organization, developing strategies to mitigate them and ensure continuity of operations.
• Communications: Manage internal and external communications for the organization, ensuring that messaging is consistent and effective.
• Policy Development: Play a key role in the development of policies and procedures that guide the organization's operations.
• Executive Support: Provide support to the senior leadership team, including the CEO, helping to manage their schedules and priorities.
• Organizational Culture: Develop and promote a positive organizational culture, ensuring that employees feel valued and engaged.
• Hiring: Participate in the hiring process of key staff members, including executives and other high-level positions, to ensure that the organization has the right talent in place to achieve its goals.

Qualifications
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, political science, public administration, or management.
• 2-5 years of experience in a leadership position, with a proven track record of success in strategy development, project management, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies clearly and effectively to different audiences.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions based on that data.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems and identify new opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
