As a new Director of Product Operations, you will be working with a talented, passionate, and collaborative team of product managers, data analysts & experience designers to transform the way we prioritize how we build our roadmap and help our prospects and customers to use Quickbase to solve their biggest business and data challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivery of customer, product & financial KPIs through data collection, compilation and dissemination to help product management make better decisions
• Implementation & effectiveness of product management operating model (processes, tools, and resources)
• Work closely with product management and engineering to architect and implement effective, scalable product development processes for all project types
• Coordinate and support (horizontal) fact base gathering activities, e.g., CAB, Product Council, competitive analysis, etc.
• Supports Head of Product Management in successful cross-functional execution of ongoing product roadmap process
• Work closely with support and sales to improve customer experience
• Provides PMO support for key cross-functional projects, e.g., Launch
• Develops training opportunities for product management team members
• Operational KPIs: Metrics gathered/reported; roadmap delivered/committed; projects delivered on time/in scope; quarterly fact base gathering/reporting

You at Quickbase:
• 5+ years product management/operations related experience
• 5+ years working in agile product management in a SaaS company
• Data collection, analysis and reporting experience
• Strong bias toward action - can efficiently drive projects through proactive planning with extremely high attention to detail and holding stakeholders accountable
• Process excellence - must have a passion for architecting & implementing scalable business processes that drive continuous operating improvements

Quickbase is looking for a driven Senior Director of IT Operations to oversee our team of IT specialists. This is an opportunity to grow with an organization that is scaling and in a fast-paced environment. This job will report directly to the CIO and is in charge of managing the organizations IT operations and infrastructure.

We are looking for applicants that have a track record of creating effective teams and operational frameworks in addition to experience creating governance standards, adopting best practices, and enhancing operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT operations staff and provide guidance on managing the companys infrastructure, network, systems, and security.

• Develop and implement policies, processes and best practices that ensure the dependability, security, and scalability of Quickbases systems & endpoints.

• Create governance best practices and standards to guarantee adherence to legal obligations and industry norms.

• Contribute to and implement the organizations IT strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the CIO and other IT leaders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the installation and maintenance of corporate applications and systems.

• Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure support SLAs are met while getting the best value for IT services and products.

As our Director of Analytics reporting to our VP of Data & Analytics, you are responsible for leading a team of engineers that build, manage and support the data intelligence and analytics products. You will translate data needs into models and architectures that power business intelligence assets that are used by the business.
