Job Summary:
The Customer Success Manager position is part of the Customer Care organization. This position is dedicated to driving growth and retention within the Quicken/Simplifi product lines. • Experience in building and customizing Drupal modules.
• Experience in deploying and maintaining e-commerce and payment solutions is highly desired.
• Experience with developing/consuming RESTful web services, Acquia cloud hosting environments, and Apache is considered a strong plus.
• Skills in version control and interactive media, and an understanding of layout and design, are highly desired.
Ideal Experience:
• Experience developing multiple responsive websites above 2M unique visitors per month using Drupal 6 or later.
Education and Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in developing applications using PHP or equivalent language, with at least 3 years of experience with Drupal (6 and 7). Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, or related discipline.
