REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Information Security, Business Administration, or a related field plus minimum seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position. The role requires a CISA certification; Experience must include the following:
• Demonstrable experience performing complex technology audits, evaluating and assessing internal controls related to Information Technology and Information Security;
• Demonstrable understanding and experience auditing Linux and Windows environments;
• Demonstrable experience auditing Database management processes (Oracle, SQL);
• Demonstrable knowledge of Cybercrime audits, and knowledge of Cybersecurity auditing based on the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) framework;
• Demonstrable experience in IT auditing based on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices;
• Demonstrable experience in auditing of Business Continuity Management and IT Disaster Recovery processes expected of U.S. financial/banking institutions;
• Demonstrable experience auditing Third-Party Risk Management processes based on the Federal Reserve SR 13-19 guidelines and the European Banking Authority (EBA) Guidelines on Outsourcing Arrangements;
• Demonstrable knowledge auditing Application Security, Payments Processing and anti-money laundering (AML) Transaction Monitoring Systems;
