From realestate.com.au I want to be able to build out a data scraping tool that lets me obtain data for property transactions based on a filter selection on the "Buy", "Rent" and "Sold" sections. Note that a common issue that I have is realestate.com.au keeps changing their API - so what could be done to address this?

The position will be responsible for all aspects of portfolio management, including : solicitation of submissions, underwriting analysis, preparing and issuing indications / quotations / binders, tracking pipeline and weekly forecasting of production.
Skills / Experience Required :
Preferred 5 years experience
Proven underwriting track record
Strong retail and wholesale broker relationships
Knowledgeable of the Commercial Real Estate industry
Experience underwriting General Liability, Liquor Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and Commercial Automobile
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflows efficiently
Knowledgeable with NCCI and ISO policy forms and endorsements
Professional demeanor in language, writing and presentation skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree and / or CPCU / AU designations
