Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused Inbound Software Sales Specialist to join our team. This career oriented role is responsible for managing the sales pipeline and driving business growth. The position requires a strong understanding of inbound sales and marketing practices, as well as experience in technical sales or solutions engineering. The role focuses on actively engaging with prospects and expertly guiding them through the sales process. Responsibilities also include building strategic B2B partnerships and creating compelling digital content that drives online traffic and expands qualified sales leads.

Responsibilities

1. Provide Product Expertise & Education
Gain in-depth knowledge of Redcort's time tracking products and services. Effectively communicate product features, functionality, and competitive advantages to prospective users. Create educational resources, video tutorials, and newsletters that maximize customer success.

2. Manage the Sales Pipeline
Proactively engage with prospects through email, phone calls, and video conferencing. Qualify prospects, efficiently moving them through the sales funnel and optimizing their efficient conversion into new and upgrade customers.

3. Employ Consultative Sales Processes
Rapidly understand customer pain points and requirements. Provide valuable informational resources and online software demonstrations to present tailor-made solutions aligned with their unique needs and objectives.

4. Grow Inbound Leads
Build and maintain strategic B2B partnerships. Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement SEO best practices. Create and optimize content that increases traffic, improves user experience, and expands qualified leads.

5. Ensure Collaboration & Alignment
Work with technical support to ensure that deployment and training align with customer needs and requirements. Provide customer feedback to the development team for continuous product improvement.

6. Document Trends, Progress & Results
Utilize CRM software to track prospect interactions, manage leads, and schedule follow-up. Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 2 years proven experience in technical sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the software or technology industry.
• Solid understanding of inbound sales and marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent technical acumen and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with website content management, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
