What you'll do:

• Active and unrestricted real estate license

As the Director of our Southern California Markets you'll lead the charge in these efforts; you are responsible for the performance of one of the most coveted real estate markets in the world. The top priorities of your position are to deliver on Redfin's vision to be the best employer of real estate agents, to run a profitable operation and most importantly, to continue changing real estate in the consumer's favor. As you master the responsibilities of overseeing markets, you'll contribute at the senior level of operations, providing expertise in the sales process, sales programs and execution that benefit all of Redfin. Contributing to initiatives like our Best Agents strategy, our luxury brand, Premier, and customer loyalty efforts. Your success is striking a balance in your time between hiring and developing our next level of managers and overseeing their markets while providing a strong voice on what we need to do to be a more effective sales organization and the tools and features both our agents and customers need to win. This role will require you to travel approximately 5-7 days per month on average.
The role reports to the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Operations.

Who You Are
