Essential Duties Of The Role
· Presided over the formulation of the group's financial management, accounting, accounting supervision, cost management, budget management and other aspects of the work of the rules and procedures, to establish and improve the company's financial management system;
· Participate in the formulation of the group's strategy & annual business plan, preparing the annual financial planning and budget;
· Responsible for financial management in mergers and acquisitions;
· Conduct cost management, capital operation, tax planning, accounting and other key work effectively , standardize the financial system, financial risk prediction and problem solving;
· Monitor and ensure the operations of each subsidiary are in accordance with the financial, tax and legal regulations and policies;
· Responsible for assisting the company's leadership to make decisions on the company's operational issues;
· Coordinate the funds required by the company's operation, assist the general manager to complete the investment, financing and pre-listing planning;
· Maintain good relationship with local government regulatory agencies, industry and commerce, taxation, banks and third-party institutions, safeguard the interests of the company, improve the brand reputation;
· Complete other temporary tasks assigned by Global CEO.
Competencies/Skills Required & Role Requirements
· Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, finance or other economics related, USCPA, CMA, CFA is preferred;
· At least 10 years financial work experience, with 3 years and above financial controller management experience, rich experience in financial management in the pharmaceutical industry;
· Responsible for multi-country financial management (dealing with at least Germany, USA and China);
· Financial management experience in mergers and acquisitions;
· Professional knowledge Solid financial expertise and basic knowledge of modern enterprise management, familiar with laws and regulations in economy, finance, taxation, etc;
· Experience in financing is preferred;
