We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Senior Manager who will be responsible for project operations related to the organized delivery of complex services to agency and internal OIT customers. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operation and strategic alignment with project services and with legislative requirements and industry standards.

You will have the opportunity to lead teams who deliver projects/programs/portfolios that span the organization, including technology implementations, process redesign, workflow enhancement, and implementation of new programs. Description of Job

We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Senior Manager who will be responsible for project operations related to the organized delivery of complex services to agency and internal OIT customers. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operation and strategic alignment with project services and with legislative requirements and industry standards.

You will have the opportunity to lead teams who deliver projects/programs/portfolios that span the organization, including technology implementations, process redesign, workflow enhancement, and implementation of new programs. Your leadership will guide the teams as they manage value delivery and outcomes, resources, schedules, plans, financials, and adhere to quality and control guidelines throughout the EPMO Governance.

Minimum Qualifications

A minimum of seven (7) years experience that includes a combination of IT and/or IT project management for large, complex projects and/or project portfolio management, which demonstrates strong relationship building and management skills, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

A minimum of three years of experience directly supervising or managing project managers.

Substitutions

Additional appropriate education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis, but cannot completely substitute for these qualifications.

Training or Certification related to the work assigned to the position will be assigned credit towards substitution for experience and/or education, but cannot completely substitute for these qualifications.
