Job Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to customers that cannot establish a session or connection to the Internet
• Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and establish a web connection and a remote repair session
• Diagnose and provide a plan to resolving various technical issues while explaining clearly so the customer understands what is being done while avoiding technical jargon
• Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers when necessary
• Redirect problems to appropriate resource if unable to resolve issue in a reasonable time frame
Qualifications:
• Strong problem-solving and analyzing skills
• Advanced working knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Internet troubleshooting skills
• Positive, customer-focused attitude with front line customers
• Excellent English verbal communication skills

• 4 days/week work schedule (10 hrs. per shift)
