What you’ll be doing:
• Representing RepairPal’s products and services to prospects and helping identify how our solutions can meet their needs
• Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market, utilizing Salesforce, SalesLoft, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities in target territories
• Discovering qualified opportunities through targeted outbound cold and warm calling, building rapport, and nurturing long-term relationships
• Driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation and setting demos for sales managers
• Managing a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales managers for next steps
• Helping identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
• Consistently achieving monthly quota of qualified opportunities
• Updating and managing all sales activities, opportunities, and account info in CRM
What we’re looking for:
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you love contacting prospects by phone, building relationships with them, and introducing them to our solutions and how we can help them achieve their business goals. You’ve got excellent communication and customer service skills and are able to quickly build rapport with prospects. You have several years of phone sales experience and a history of hitting your lead generation goals. A background or interest in the auto industry would be helpful but is not a must. You will need to be able to use and learn various software programs and platforms, including Salesforce.

Job Description
Our client, RepairPal based in San Francisco, CA, is looking for a nimble, hands-on Sales & Marketing Operations Manager who will help to integrate their systems, streamline workflows, and provide training and materials to their Sales team to increase the flow of leads, and improve throughput from lead to sale. They will help analyze pipelines and lead dispositions, and participate in pipeline development meetings.
The ideal candidate will excel in defining the day-to-day sales and marketing workflows, making the complex simple. They work cross-functionally to develop buy-in, create workflows, standardize documentation and shepherd these projects from concept to rollout to day-to-day operations to ensure team engagement. They will seek out opportunities to engage with their shops and business partners to fully understand their business, and have the technical grounding to collaborate with their engineers and executive stakeholders.
This is a new role with the opportunity to impact our long-term sales strategy and overall success.
Responsibilities:
• Own and administer Salesforce.com including training new sales team members.
• Liaison with Sales, Marketing and Finance team members to provide accurate information and reporting
• Drive continual data-quality cleanup initiatives.
• Design, implement, and manage a sales forecasting process.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales and Finance to define and improve our lead-to-closed sale process
• Strategize and manage the development of sales processes, policies and procedures
• Communicates key process information, deadlines, task definition, etc. to groups within the sales organization
• Lead projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the sales organization
• Simplify marketing integration with Salesforce and proprietary systems, and work with our Shop Network team and Engineers to help advance integration automation
• Collaborate with design and engineering during product design and implementation, championing our consumers' and business partners' needs.
• Evaluate and approve final feature designs and implementations, engaging other stakeholders as appropriate.
Qualifications
Desired Skills and Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in Sales/ Marketing Operations management
• Proven experience scaling Sales & Marketing Operations for high growth
• Demonstrated expertise and success in the analysis, design, and automation of business processes
• Strong leader and change agent, able to influence all levels of all disciplines within an organization
• Desire to succeed in a demanding, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Excellent communication (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills
• High level of professionalism, passion, ethics, confidence and commitment
• Sales training and documentation guru
• Solving real user problems with specific business outcomes in mind
• Ability to scale from manual to automated, rolling up shirtsleeves and being scrappy so we don't overspend during the process
• Experience with Salesforce.com required
• Experience with Pardot or other marketing automation tools required
• Bachelor's Degree
• Salesforce certification a plus
• Background in or affinity for the auto industry and auto-related technology gets you bonus points
• Ability to converse with a variety of people, including an adorable circus of Sales folks, a troupe of executive acrobats, and various other highly skilled and interesting folks, like our lion tamer and tight-rope walker
