The primary task will be to create a comprehensive workflow that can qualify customers based on their responses and direct them to the appropriate service. The workflow should be able to detect specific keywords and phrases to determine the customer's needs and guide them accordingly.
The first thing to do is qualify their name (or confirm it based on extracting it) and email, then use the keyword they originally sent and if detected give a workflow for "Buyers" or "Sellers" or "Renters" or "Job Seekers" please see my attachment.
This needs to be modified in future, as say we are attracting sellers, we may have an option for "Other" as they might have an entire building for sale, but for now we need this basic workflow created.
• *Responsibilities:**
- Develop a comprehensive Respond.io workflow based on the provided flow basics.
- Ensure the workflow can accurately qualify customers based on their responses.
- Implement keyword detection to guide customers to the appropriate service.
- Test the workflow to ensure it functions correctly across all platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram).
- Make necessary adjustments to the workflow based on testing results and feedback.
• *Requirements:**
- Proven experience with Respond.io or similar customer service automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of workflow development and customer service automation.
- Ability to implement complex workflows based on provided flow basics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• *Workflow Basics:**
The workflow should include the following steps:
1. Confirm the customer's name and contact details.
2. Ask for the customer's email address.
3. Detect keywords to determine the customer's needs. Keywords include "buy", "sell", "rent", and "job".
4. Based on the detected keywords, guide the customer through the appropriate qualification process ("Buyer Qualification", "Seller Qualification", "Renter Qualification", or "Job Qualification").
5. If no keywords are detected, guide the customer through a "General Enquiry" process.
Each qualification process should include a series of questions to gather necessary information from the customer. The exact questions for each process will be provided.
