The opportunity

As a Customer Success Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with top-notch professionals to deliver exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our platform.

About the role
• Our Customer Success team plays a crucial role in REVIEWS.io’s commitment to building trust and transparency between consumers and businesses. You will be acting as a trusted advisor developing long-term relationships and success plans for customers, ensuring that the maximum value is derived from REVIEWS.io products.
• You will be responsible for client retention, facilitating a streamlined aftersales client journey, and making sure clients are satisfied with and use the REVIEWS.io product to its real value.
• Part of your role is to strengthen REVIEWS.io feature and solution adoption with clients, to achieve maximum client satisfaction, secure contract renewal, increase renewal rates and reduce churn.
• You will drive the growth of our company by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and working closely with our Sales team to drive revenue.

Role

As a Junior Account Executive you will be generating and qualifying new business opportunities. This requires a logical brain and the ability to think on your feet to ensure you offer the best solution to every customer. You will be introducing our platform to new prospect accounts, spanning a broad cross-section of industry verticals. Target clients will consist of small to midsize companies. This is a full-time role, located in our Irvine, CA office. This role reports directly to the Regional Growth Director.

Responsibilities:
• Proactively building relationships with prospects and our internal teams to grow new business by making a high volume of outbound/cold and warm prospecting calls to clients.
• Driving the full sales cycle from inception to closing new business by qualifying opportunities and confidently running product demos with potential clients.
• Conduct B2B overview sales calls with prospective clients. These are transactional sales with a two-week sales cycle. This type of sales experience is preferred.
• Proactively using our CRM and maintaining a healthy and clean pipeline, managing all leads and opportunities and scheduling events.
• Building strong connections, understanding clients' pain points, and demonstrating how our product or service can be of value.
• Collaborating with Sales Managers to create effective strategies that optimize new business opportunities and achieve monthly recurring revenue targets.
• Frequently thrashing and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s!

Qualifications:

1-2 years of sales experience and cold calling preferably in SAAS / Subscription Businesses
• Technologically savvy, with experience in forecasting and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment and are organized with a sense of sales urgency.
• Coachable mindset open to regular call monitoring, pipeline reviews, and private sessions with sales leaders.
• Close attention to the details.
• Strong focus and nothing is overlooked.
• When things change, you know how to roll with it.
• You love taking on challenges, especially when it comes to a monthly incentivized sales target.
