The Revenue Operations team is moving to strategize with the go to market teams for both ReviewTrackers and InMoment as we begin to merge the go to market technologies and move toward one Salesforce instance as our source of truth. We are looking for someone who is ready to jump right in to support this big project and then continue to work on projects that will improve the efficiencies of our go to market teams. Within 3 months this person will….
• Be familiar with the ReviewTrackers and InMoment Salesforce instances and able to troubleshoot issues that arise to ensure users can efficiently do their jobs
• Assist in the merge of Salesforce instances and other go to market tools that integrate with Salesforce

Within 6 months this person will….
• Continue to assist in the merge of Salesforce instances to ensure a seamless transition for users from one platform to the other.
• Be an asset to the migration project to keep everything moving forward with as little interruption to the user experience as possible
• Support the go to market teams as new processes and strategies need to be implemented

Within 12 months this person will….
• Be a strategic player on the Revenue Operations to ensure we are constantly looking to identify areas of improvement and inefficiencies and finding solutions to fix

What you will be working on:

• Collaborating with fellow engineers to solve new technical problems
• Focus on building features that will supercharge users’ workflow responding to reviews and showcasing ReviewTrackers insights.
What you will bring:
• At least 3+ years of practical use of programming in a modern programming language(s).
• Advanced experience with one or more of the following technologies: React, Angular, NodeJS. (Preferred experience using React and Redux in a production environment.)
• Experience participating in the architecture and design of new and existing products.
• The motivation to learn new skills while contributing phenomenal work and striving to be the best version of yourself while working on a collaborative team!
Who you will be working with:
• You will be reporting to the Engineering Manager, and will be meeting weekly to develop a clear and defined promotional path.
• You will be working in our engineering organization of 20+ engineers, and on a team of 3-5 other engineers, a product manager, product designer.
• You will be cross collaborating with the product team to create data-driven solutions.
• You will be working with the product team to POC product ideas collected from all ReviewTrackers employees
