What you will do on daily basis:

• Courteously assist customers with various inquiries such as questions about our services, service cancellations or other Ria locations;
• Recognize problems, issues or complaints during queries and propose solutions or escalate to the management team;
• Keep up to date with Ria’s products, services and policies;
• Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit;
• Prepare your daily transactions record;
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested by your colleagues and superiors.
Qualifications
What we will look for you to have:
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends;
• Some computer knowledge with ability to use MS Word and Excel;
• Cash handling experience is highly preferred;
• Strong customer service skills;
• A valid work permit is a must.

Manage, lead, improve Ria's Agents sales force and grow Ria's agent relationships, agent sales and maximize total gross profit margins and operating income for Ria's agent business.
Achieve and exceed our existing sales team quotas, research, identify and target new business development areas.
Responsible for overseeing Ria's agent sales force, revenue management, and P&L.
Responsible to grow the number of transactions, gross profit, and EBIT for the agents in the assigned region.
Regional sales management; new agent sales, exclusive agent sales, sales quota management and evaluation, training, and sales support of agent salesforce.
Create and implement strategic sales plans and deliver target results.

Conduct progress meetings with the sales force and prepare status reports for management

Achieve and exceed our existing sales team quotas
Maximize total gross profit margins, operating income existing clients and P&L management
Partner with internal departments to onboard new clients, business intelligence and revenue management

QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in industry , acquiring new business, account management and business development in a business to business environment
3 years of experience managing a sales team
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
Effective recruiting, interviewing, evaluation and performance management skills
Experience with employee evaluation, resolving team or individual conflicts and disciplinary matters
Experience in fostering teamwork, providing employee mentoring, coaching and promoting
Experience negotiating with mid-to-large size business and retail chains
Experience presenting value based propositions to business owners and stakeholders
Proficient in Excel to manage and create reports
Proficient in PowerPoint to create presentations for management
Solid expertise in increasing sales and extending market penetration
Able to travel to each assigned state for the region
Preferences
Prior money transfer or money service business experience

Responsible for overseeing Ria's agent sales force, revenue management, and P&L.
Responsible to grow the number of transactions, gross profit, and EBIT for the agents in the assigned region.

Create and implement strategic sales plans and deliver target results.

Experience with employee evaluation, resolving team or individual conflicts and disciplinary matters
Experience in fostering teamwork, providing employee mentoring, coaching and promoting
Experience negotiating with mid-to-large size business and retail chains
Experience presenting value based propositions to business owners and stakeholders
Proficient in Excel to manage and create reports
Proficient in PowerPoint to create presentations for management
