The Marketing Director will oversee social media strategy, working with the social media coordinator to optimize growth, engagement, and revenue.
In addition, the marketing director will ensure a world-class event experience for all RFT events.

Responsibilities:
Develop and... facilitate detailed marketing strategy for RFT events and RFT brand positioning Oversee production of event collateral and strategic messaging for promotional campaigns Drive sponsorship and vendor sales and oversee event sponsorships and third-party sponsorships, assisting sales team in the development and sales of sponsorship proposals Work closely VP of Marketing to develop, implement, and manage ticket and marketing strategies to maximize attendance and revenue Hire & oversee event and marketing/events coordinators and interns Oversee event revenue and expense budget, ensure that we make our budgets Monitor, review, and report on all event plans, projects and results Maintain database and working knowledge of, as well as attend, other existing events for purposes of prospecting, scheduling, planning and competitive analysis Develop, maintain and grow strategic partnerships and sponsorships with local, regional, and national businesses, governments, press, charities and civic organizations Implements a laser-focused marketing strategy across multiple events concurrently Oversees and manages email, ads, sales, and social marketing for events with support from social media manager Position
Qualifications:
Seven or more years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations Bachelor's degree Willingness to function in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Enjoy working on multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of successfully bringing them from conception to completion Willingness to learn Knowledge/experience of sponsorship sales a plus Experience in Google Suite is preferred Excellent communicator able to work with a range of personalities at all levels of an organization Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$75,000.
