Position Responsibilities
• Review and process the daily residential mortgage loan funding transactions in accordance with establish procedures. Update the Attorney Funding SharePoint site and complete the general ledger transactions in Horizon to fund the attorney’s IOLTA account.
• Review and process Consumer and Home Equity files, fund as instructed and prepare for boarding to Horizon.
• Board to Horizon all Consumer, Home Equity, and Mortgage files
• Post loan disbursements and advance transactions online in Horizon.
• Maintain loan product boarding procedures. Ensure compliance with bank procedures, state and federal regulations.
• Process GL transactions timely and accurately.
• Perform servicing duties as assigned.
