We are seeking a full-time K-8 STEAM Director who is enthusiastic in supporting and implementing the creative use of technology and an interdisciplinary approach to teaching and learning. This... individual will report directly to the Middle School Head and also performs under the general direction of the Lower School Head. Additionally, this position works closely with The Holliday Heine STEM Institute Director.
This role will include both administrative and teaching responsibilities. The K-8 STEAM Director will be responsible for teaching classes, supporting faculty and students in inquiry and project-based learning, integrating STEAM initiatives throughout the curriculum, and making use of our innovation labs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Teaches classes in grades 6-8 with an emphasis on computer science and design thinking.
• Sets the vision for the K-8 STEAM program by collaborating with Lower School Head and Middle School Head and works with the Lower School STEAM Teacher to implement the curriculum.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
• Perform code reviews in adherence to D365 best practices; provide guidance and support to application developers
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand evolving business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Analyze current technical solutions to identify opportunities for improvement and increased sustainability
• Understand and optimize databases and concepts, including logical DB schemas, physical table structures, data attributes, SQL, and general data integrity
• Assist with debugging and unit testing technical solutions.
• Help write and optimize in-application SQL statements
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Required
• 5+ years of Dynamics AX/ 365 for Finance and Operations development experience
• 5+ years of functional ERP experience in Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL, including development and reporting (SSRS)
• Strong understanding of Azure DevOps, code branching, and SDLC best practices
• Experience with EDI systems
Preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft Power Platform integrations and Pipelines are a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and D365 APIs and integrations.
• Understanding of Lifecycle Services, as well as cloud-based development and deployment.
SALARY RANGE
