• Oversees the finalization of the day’s mailing on the Flats Commingle using various software programs. Follows USPS reports generated from the Flats Commingle machine to bundle, band and apply appropriate USPS mail sort stickers. • Analyze accounts, records, reports, accounts receivable and payable, journal vouchers, general and subsidiary ledgers and other accounting documents for accuracy and completeness. Investigate and resolve accounting problems for the area of responsibility.
• Preparing monthly financial information utilizing the applicable support systems. Duties include preparing journal entries, coding invoices/vouchers, reconciling the balance sheet and analyzing variances.
• Maintain fixed asset and depreciation records.
• May perform analyses of cost records to ascertain distribution of costs for various divisions of management and production.
• May classify labor, material, and overhead costs to compute unit costs of products or services.
• Analyze actual costs versus standard costs and prepares reports of variances. Compile cost data for preparation of operating budgets.
• Prepares other reports and assist in special projects and analysis as required or requested by supervisor.
• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
• Assists in annual budget preparation and periodic forecasts
• Supports internal customers by researching questions and investigating variances on the financial statements.

Required Experience
• Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 3-5 years of relevant work experience OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience.

The national pay range for this role is $51900 to $91500 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
