The cybersecurity market is growing quickly, the threat environment is complex and the need for professional development is high. This fuels the need for year-round community to enhance knowledge and nourish the relationships forged at RSA Conference.

RSAC was formed to develop new research and educational offerings, expand the opportunities created by the convening power of RSA Conference and build member communities. As part of this evolution, we are looking for a Member Services Manager to be the main interaction point between RSAC and our subset of our most prestigious members. The right candidate has impeccable relationship building skills and thrives in a collaborative, fully remote, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with leading Cybersecurity professionals by directing them to high-value content and by connecting them to other members.
• Use data to monitor, and act on, member satisfaction.
• Translate explicit and implicit member feedback into member experience improvement requirements.
• Work with RSAC leadership, particularly the Chief of Staff, to establish Members Services best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues on other teams to design and execute member engagement programs.

Requirements
• 5 - 10 years' experience in a customer-facing role, with exposure to cybersecurity a plus
• Demonstrated relationship building skills with senior level professionals
• Strong professional communication skills
• Previous success in building new processes

The pay range for this position is $105,000-$130,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
