• Independently plan and execute designs for construction or remodeling.

• Consider soils, footings, concrete foundations, drainage structures, lighting, load calculations, structural strength, sizes, weights, clearances, dimensional fits, in accordance with standard formulas.
• Lead a team of technicians in the accomplishment of work.
• Verify accuracy of drawings and maintain a drawing index.
• Utilize complex CADD applications to create and modify drawings and develop designs.
• Develop project cost estimates and constructions/contract specifications.
• Develop required construction materials lists, sources and cost estimates for material and labor.

The Cardiology Nurse Practitioner is a licensed independent practitioner who is manages cardiology patients under the direction of the Cardiovascular Service Director.
