Based at our Charlestown site , t he Site Manager is a business focused leadership role which manages a team of Employment Consultants, Recruiters and Business Coordinator s in providing a professional and sustainable service to both participants and employers. The successful candidat e will be responsible for:
• Providing effective leadership aligned to EPlus values, mission and operational plans
• Ensur ing that all aspects of our Service Delivery Model are delivered to a high standard and compliance requirements are met on an individual and site level
• Dri ving team performance and productivity, ensuring y our site consistently delivers commercial returns whilst producing sustainable employment outcomes for a diverse group of participants
• Establish and maintain a network of key internal and external stakeholders
About you
• Demonstrated experience in Employment Services and case management (highly regarded)
• Experience in day-to-day management and coordination of effective teams
• Ability to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for people experiencing unemployment
• A strong ability to problem-solve and communicate to a wide variety of stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs
