In office position. You will be working on a variety of sportswear, outerwear, graphics, and sweaters for both Men and Women. Accounts are both branded and private label. Candidates must have full knowledge of production process (from development and costing to shipping) and be comfortable working in a team-oriented, collaborative, office. You will work closely with Design, Technical Design, and Sales to ensure all teams are aligned and updated on product status.

Responsibilities:
• Direct communication and follow up on production status with overseas factories daily
• Manage approval process with samples, trims, fabrics, etc.
• Address issues related to initial pricing, production, fabric development and targets.
• Maintain and follow up on Time and Action calendar for pre-production/ TOP samples, lab testing and inspection to Ensure timely delivery.
• Have a thorough understanding of the production requirements(inspections, testing, packing, trims, etc) required for your accounts
• Follow and enforce production standards and cohesiveness of brand, across categories and vendors.
• Work closely with Design, Sales, and Technical Design to ensure on-time approvals.
• Insure timely deliveries/vessel bookings and Freight Forwarders for garments
• Troubleshoot quality and technical issues with factories and technical teams in order to maintain aesthetic.
• Analyze and understand customer manual for production
• Manage counter development samples for development and production
• Manage production costing charts
• Work with overseas QC and inspection teams(company and 3rd party) to schedule inspections, testing, etc.
• Coordinate delivery of factory direct orders to the customer freight forwarder as needed

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Private Label experience a must
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in apparel production management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe products
• AMT ERP knowledge a plus
• PLM knowledge a plus

Compensation Information:

In office position 5 days per week

Salary: 65-80K based on relevant experience

You'll report to the Director of Nursing and:
Works with the Nurse Supervisor, Director of Nursing, and Chief Medical Officer, and ancillary staff to coordinate new clients' medical care.
Performs nursing assessment for all newly admitted clients.
Follows up with medical care for clients during their stay within the residential program, including medical emergencies.
Works with members of interdisciplinary teams to create and maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for clients that maximizes the quality of care and productivity for Med-Tech staff.[KM1]
Reviews and oversees residential client files as related to medical services being provided.
Attends seminars and workshops as necessary to ensure compliance and fidelity with new and existing evidence-based modalities and treatment approaches utilized by Santa Fe Recovery Center.
Understands and maintains HIPAA and 42CFR Part 2 confidentiality standards relative to Santa Fe Recovery Center.
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
Registered Nurse License. Must be licensed at the time of hire, and continue licensure throughout employment.
One-year of experience working with clients with co-occurring mental health/substance use problems is preferred.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications is required to effectively maintain compliance with licensing and certification standards and requirements.
Must have and maintain a current, valid NM Driver's License. Must also have and maintain a clean driving record and auto insurance.
Bi-lingual/Bi-cultural preferred (English/Navajo).
