WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Data Analytics & Models professional you will lead the CRM functional support for our SCIB businesses in North America, along with responsibility for coordinating with our global CRM team in Europe, reporting to our Chief of Staff office. The SCIB CRM team and tools support the Global Corporate and Investment banking businesses, the CRM tool has 2800+ users across 14 different geographies and is deployed to all SCIB business lines.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
• Engagement with senior stakeholders across the SCIB on CRM key topics and initiatives.
• Work to define business specific best practices for CRM usage (pipeline management, client service intensity, recording commercial activity with our clients, and data analytics).
• Lead the CRM relationship with relevant front office business stakeholders, supporting usage of the CRM tool and the client data in the tool, to deliver value to management and the business users.
• Drive the definition of new CRM business cases and technology, working with the business and x-SCIB technology teams, for the execution of the business development lifecycle.
• Support training, communication, and overall support of the CRM tool across the SCIB.
• Collaborate with other support teams (CDO, onboarding, compliance and regulatory), to drive data access and data quality within the CRM and CRM functions.

EXPERIENCE
• At least 5 years in a similar role.
• Experience in Banking/Financial sector.

EDUCATION
• Technical Degree or Degree in Business Management.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
• Industry knowledge and experience in business analytics.
• Salesforce knowledge/experience a plus.
• Nice to have experience in Data Analysis tools like PowerBI or Qliksense.
• Nice to have experience in investment banking analytics tools like Dealogic and Coalition
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Enthusiasm, tenacity and resilience in a dynamic business environment.

OTHER INFORMATION
• Occasional international travel.

The primary function of the Liquidity, Treasury and Capital Markets Internal Auditor Supervisor is to execute complex audit testing. In addition, the Associate will start supervising and providing coaching and assistance to less experienced team members as part of internal audit reviews and activities.
• Perform testing in a timely manner, ensuring all audit quality and client relation standards are met.
• Provide assurance on the quality and effectiveness of internal control, risk management (current or emerging) and governance processes and systems in the Other (non-IT) Risks space.
• Examines business records and collects information, exercises independent judgment in identifying issues and assessing risk as well as formulates findings and presents the results to the relevant Sr. Supervisor/ Audit Manager.
• Executes control design and operating effectiveness testing over high complexity areas as part of internal audit reviews and activities.
• Develops an advanced understanding of the business.
• Demonstrates proactivity in professional development activities.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Work Experience: 3+ years in Internal Audit
• FRM and/or CIA certification preferred
• Technology and computer skills, with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), SQL and/or Python.
• Analytical and problem solving skills as well as the ability to work independently.
• Detail oriented with organizational skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management skills and the ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously and in a timely manner.
