A little about this position:
• The Retail Satellite Manager is responsible for maintaining visual merchandising standards and product replenishment in all satellite retail locations, including buying input for these locations.
• The Satellite Manager will work directly with the Business unit manager and buying team to provide feedback on the satellite store daily operations.

Requirements:
• 1-2 Years of Visual Merchandising, Customer Service, and Computer Experience Required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Sales management experience required. (At least 4 years)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple locations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to business related questions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent communication, written and verbal
• Proficient in computer skills, including but not limited to use of Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Website Navigation and Input Applications
• Flexibility in schedule, including nights and weekends
