Assist with OIT personnel activities and servers as the OIT Human Resources Liaison.

Serves as the liaison between the CIO and agency staff on administrative activities and issues pertaining to correspondence affecting agency operations. Respond to inquiries and requests, provide accurate and timely information, schedule appointments as needed and coordinate signatures on written responses where applicable. Screen CIO-related incoming calls and departmental mail, disseminate as appropriate or solicit input from program staff for an accurate response, maintain suspense files on correspondence related to program areas and ensure timely response. Assist OIT Leadership Team as needed or assigned.

Attend ITL meetings to capture minutes and action items; serve or attend agency committees as assigned.

Serve as the OIT Liaison for Human Resources. Assist with various personnel action, forms, and process for the CIO, ITL, and department supervisors as needed.

Assist with departmental administrative activities. To include purchasing supplies. Assist staff with travel reimbursement and making in state and out of state travel and conference arrangements as needed. Other administrative support duties as assigned.

Provide coordination and organization for departmental events and activities. Manage department conference room calendars.

Minimal amount of travel will be required. Will be assigned an agency mobile device and will be considered essential personnel during emergency events. Some after-hour and weekend work may be required.

Minimum And Additional Requirements

State Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration or administrative services. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for required work experience.

Institutions of Higher Learning must be recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.

Additional Agency Requirements: Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong time management skills, ability to muti-task, and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with confidential information and situations. Knowledge of state procurement and making purchases with pCard.

Under the supervision of the Lowcountry Region Records Coordinator, performs records management and archiving processes according to the agency's Health Records Management policies and procedures. Independently performs a variety of advanced duties involved in the operation of the Medical Records Department.

Completes Medical Record Archiving at Lowcountry Community Health Services clinics to include:
• Pulling records for clients that have not been seen in 3 years or more based on year tab. Determine the age of the client, (Adults 18 yrs. or older. Minors 8-17 yrs. old). Boxes charts for minors and adults separately using appropriate boxes and paper tape.
• Researches charts in CARES to verify last appt was 3 or more years ago and the site of the last kept appt. Verifies there are no other physical charts at other sites. Verifies that there are no archived charts for each record pulled.
• Requests records from State Record Center (SRC) as needed. Create archive batches in CARES and key boxed records into appropriate batches. Prepares transmittal sheet for each batch and print labels to be placed on boxes. Emails transmittal sheets to appropriate staff for processing. Creates batch folder for clinic record keeping.

Transfer records to other sites as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
State Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma.

This position is located in End User Services program area within the Office of Information Technology.

While reporting to the Regional IT Supervisor in the Office of Information Technology, provides Tier II solutions to end-user computer and networking problems of a simple to moderate nature to ensure end user productivity, and any other assigned tasks in accordance with Agency initiatives, procedures, and guidelines. This Health Educator II position is responsible for conducting activities to support surveillance for enteric conditions with priority on Salmonellosis, Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC) and Listeriosis. Under direct supervision of the Clinic Administrative Assistant, performs a variety of duties for the multi-program clinic, including direct contact with clinic clientele and staff. Independently performs a variety of advanced duties involved in the operation of the Medical Records Department. Uses knowledge of operation and program processing of information to assist all programs in maintaining a quality and comprehensive medical record. Provides administrative support to all programs as back-up receptionist.
• Serves as the front desk receptionist. Knowledgeable in all program areas.
• Signs out on the computer all appointed patient records for scheduled clinics, informing clinics as to the location of the records. Pulls records for all walk-in and scheduled patients in a timely manner. Maintains proper record format and follows guidelines relating to medical records. Responsible for purging records annually following retention/storage rules. Files loose materials, labs, and all other correspondence in records. Identifies, investigates and corrects duplicate patient numbers/health records to ensure one number per patient.
• Answers incoming calls concerning new patient numbers, location of records, record requests and transfer requests from all Region clinics. Assists multidisciplinary staff with charts and other medical records needs.
• Performs daily color-coding of records for filing terminal digit. manually retrieves, verifies, and updates pertinent patient information on the health service record, health record folder and master list for all clinic programs.
• Provides quality customer service in a culturally competent manner in face-to-face and/or telephone encounters and maintains client confidentiality.
• Ensures official DHEC forms are placed in the proper chart order in accordance with DHEC policy. Interviews clients per clinic guidelines, establishes client record and retrieves/returns charts to medical records.
• Submit PCAS, leave requests, required monthly reports in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

State Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma.

Institutions of Higher Learning must be recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
Agency Additional Requirements: A high school diploma and two (2) years of clerical office experience or an associate degree in secretarial science or a related field.

Extensive knowledge of office policies, procedures and practices. Considerable knowledge of filing and recordkeeping techniques. Working knowledge of general administrative service functions. Under supervision of the site administrative assistant, performs administrative support duties for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) client services. Implements and adheres to agency/program policies and procedures for efficient service delivery. Provides quality customer service in a culturally competent manner. Performs all administrative duties in a culturally competent manner: Meets, interviews and determines if applicants meet the identification, residency and financial requirements for eligibility with the WIC program.
