What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for developing end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns to increase awareness, participation (usage), and retention of the products and services that help our Members invest for a strong financial future and retire comfortably.

• Communications
• Responsible for brainstorming and developing ideas for innovative, integrated marketing campaigns, promotions and communications to attract new Members, promote Members’ knowledge and participation (usage) of Credit Union products and services, support Member engagement and ensure Member retention.
• Studies the marketplace, data and competitive marketing to uncover opportunities and generate new ideas.
• Uses data to develop Member personas and uses journey mapping techniques to understand and improve their experiences.
• Contributes to the marketing plans for his or her assigned areas of responsibility.
• Writes and edits copy for integrated marketing materials, demonstrating an ability to capture our brand tone of voice and use technically correct grammar.
Writes thoughtful and inspirational briefs to coax on-brand creative from writers and designers.
• Analyzes campaign results and response and Member feedback to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Operations
• Manages the production of strategic marketing campaigns – including, but not limited to, print advertising, out-of-home (OOH), retail point-of-sale (POS), collateral, events, direct mail and email for integrated marketing and Member communications.
• Manages the inventory of marketing collateral by continually monitoring the stock mix and demands and proactively replenishing inventory.
• Serves as the main point of contact for Branches and Membership Development for marketing support requests.
• Works with procurement to source promotional items for marketing campaigns and events.
• Directs internal teams or external vendors/agencies on the execution of assigned campaigns.
• Obtains competitive bids and estimates from agencies and vendors.
• Periodically conducts due diligence audits of print vendor pricing and service levels.
• Ensures campaigns are thoroughly tested and proofed to guarantee accuracy and quality.

Under general supervision, performs complex research and analysis of current processes, metrics and develops reports in order to provide recommendations for improvement aimed at improving organizational performance, decision making and operational success within the business unit operations.
• Conducts root cause analysis in order to evaluate, compare and identify possible solutions aimed at improving current practices and processes, determine best practices and solve issues related to business unit operations.
• Create reports using internal reporting tools, and/or create reports using SQL or Crystal Reports
• Examines and evaluates, and analyzes business unit reports in order to develop new, improve existing, validate the use, and create controls.
• Plays a lead role in the development of business unit policies, models and performance measures for the business unit
• Participates in efforts to develop, collect and analyze metrics and continually improve processes owned by the business unit.
• Develops effective reporting tools for the business unit.
Analyzes discrepancies in existing reports and makes recommendations for updates.
• Identify business unit needs using various analysis techniques such as data flow modeling and workflow analysis.
Solicit information through interviews, workshops, and/or existing systems documentation or procedures.
• Subject matter expert on the specified system(s) or application(s) and acts as the sole point of contact between the business unit and Information Technology.
• Develops and makes recommendations for action to senior management based on research and analysis.
• Assists Vice President in developing plans to support the business unit’s goals (financial, quality, production, Member service, operational efficiency, etc.).
• Design, document and analyze the business unit’s workflow, business rules, activities and trends and compares analyses against the service standards and best practices.
Identifies gaps between current processes and the desired state, designs new processes and develops process performance measures.
Presents findings and works with management to transition to a new process.
• Conducts preliminary research for project requests.
Defines project scope and objectives when applicable.
Acts as a lead on a number of key projects for the business unit, in the absence of a project manager.
Works directly with appropriate business unit personnel to understand project concept, objectives and approach.
Takes assigned business unit projects from original concept through final implementation, with minimal guidance.
• May assist in the research and negotiation of contracts.

Qualifications
• Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
• 5-7 years of previous related experience Required
• License/Certifications - Must have completed and passed SQL test provided by IT division
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Knowledge and understanding of computer software and applications used to support report development including, but not limited to, SQL, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Office, Visio, Microsoft Project.
General understanding of programming, database design and development, data sources and data feeds used to populate reports.

What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for assisting management with the identification of risks (i.e. Transaction, Strategic, Reputational, Credit, Compliance, Interest Rate, and Liquidity) and identify mitigating controls within business units, reporting gaps and ongoing remediation actions across the organization.
• Responsible for assisting with the design and enhancement of the risk management software system (i.e. RSA Archer) to evaluate risk, identify potential issues and recommend changes to management in support of organizational goals and objectives. Create and maintain individualized action plans for identified gaps or issues.
• Update Operational Risk Register periodically and provide reporting using data collected from the risk assessment solution.
• Conduct risk analysis (e.g. process flow mapping) throughout the organization to ensure risk data is captured, risk mitigation strategies and controls are developed, and appropriate reporting mechanisms are in place for each business unit.
• Compile interview observations, analyze findings and assemble summaries reflecting relative risk rankings, background and status (e.g. accountability for risk item, remediation plans etc.)
• Monitor/coordinate/facilitate business unit-specific risk remediation planning and reporting.
• Develop analyses, reports, presentations and other communications characterizing the key areas of risk exposure (e.g. ad-hoc risk assessment).
• Develop key risk indicators (KRIs), methodology and reporting using data collected from the risk assessment solution.
• Be in constant communication with the business units regarding current and planned Risk Management processes, ensuring that risk is addressed in the early stages of the new business function / product development.
• Communicate Operational Risk Management program mission and value to business units, and establish working relationships with business unit leadership and staff engaged in Risk Management related activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Education, and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent preferred
• 3+ years of previous experience in Risk Management, Compliance, and/or Internal Audit
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred
• Familiarity with RSA Archer or other Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform preferred
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Proficiency in database management system such as Microsoft SQL Server
