Double A has an opportunity for a proficient and organized Administrative Assistant who is looking to become apart of the Double A team as it continues to grow.
The Administrative Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities and aide the CEO in facilitating the efficient operation of the organization.
AA’s responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
· Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
· Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
· Performing minor accounting duties
· Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, as well as coordinating and booking travel arrangements, etc.
· Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
· Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
· Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
· Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
· Be easily accessible for after-hour travel, scheduling, and other needs.
Skills:
· Time management and ability to meet deadlines
· Verbal and written communication skills
· Strong and organizational skills and ability to multitask
· Problem-solving and decision making
· Interpersonal skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office

Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years office experience.
· High School diploma required
· Associates or Bachelor’s degree - preferred.

Opportunity for advancement based on experience. Must pass our initial training, pass a background check and drug screen, possess or be able to obtain CPL, and No criminal history. High School Diploma is also required. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift at least 50 lbs and potentially work in a variety of environments and inclement weather. The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons.
Responsibilities:
Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function & security
Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields
Familiarity with security equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
