The ideal candidate must have a strong background in investment performance measurement, data management, and client reporting for asset managers. What you will be responsible for
As Investment Performance Measurement Service Manager, Alpha you will
• Lead the development of a new investment performance measurement service within State Street Alpha.
• Manage the end-to-end workflow of the service, including data ingestion, return calculation, audit, and information delivery.
• Collaborate with internal departments and third party vendors who perform component functions of the service.
• Ensure that the service is delivered to a high standard, and that end users receive accurate and timely reporting of their investment performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve the service and implement changes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal departments.
• Manage a team of performance measurement specialists, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
What we value
• Proven experience managing end-to-end workflows in investment performance measurement, including data ingestion, return calculation, audit, and information delivery.
• Strong understanding of investment instruments, asset classes, and portfolio management.
• Familiarity with investment performance measurement and portfolio analytics software, such as FactSet, Eagle, Statpro, and Bloomberg.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal departments.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team.
