The company has multiple manufacturing facilities from 32,000 sq ft to 60,000 sq ft. Selling into a variety of marketplaces including Photonics, Robotics, Optics, Medical and Aerospace/Defense.

The companies are backed by an experienced private equity sponsor that is located in the US and specializes in the industrial space.

KEY SELLING POINTS OF THE ROLE
• Huge cross-selling opportunities for the businesses across their customer base of the other companies

KEY CHALLENGES FOR THE ROLE
• Identifying the key customer base already selling to and building relationships with them
• Identifying target prospect clients in the region and commencing prospecting with them

YOUR BACKGROUND

The successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
• Experience in selling to any of the following industries Robotics, Optics, Medical, Aerospace or Defense
• Proven in winning new business
• Proven in developing existing accounts and relationships
• Experienced in developing a go to market strategy
• Data-driven approach utilizing CRM best practices
• Any experience in advanced manufacturing, machining, fabrication, machined components or similar products is beneficial

Basic Salary: $100,000 to $125,000

Education and Specifications:
• Associate or Bachelor degree in Interior Design, Bachelor degree preferred.
• 2 years' experience in commercial interior design.

Coordinate the handling and servicing of assigned small commercial insurance accounts with the Account Executives/Producer.

Enter data as required by insurance company automation systems.

Provide support to the Account Manager/Producer on pre-renewal processes.

Handle correspondence and the clerical processing of accounts including applications, transactional file maintenance and agency management system input of each account.

Process certificate of insurance requests and endorsements on accounts.

Assist with developing and maintaining loss analysis worksheets on accounts

Maintain cancellation/reinstatement system for accounts.

Responsible for developing complete familiarity with all forms and paperwork including their intent and purpose.

Responsible for implementing a quality control review process to assure the production of quality work and the provision of excellent customer service.

Conduct business in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of both the business and earnings implications of the Company.

Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Related experience with commercial insurance.
• Active Producer license or ability to obtain license within six months of start date.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
