Job Description
The position is at a tech company. As the HR Manager/HRBP, you will be directly involved in the development and implementation of many HR functional areas, including culture and engagement, onboarding, employee experience, company events, employee relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, and learning and development.
Responsibilities

Manage the PEO relationship, which includes the payroll and benefits functions, to ensure correct and timely processing.
Manage various core People processes, with a focus on equality and inclusion in all we do.
Collaborate with finance and external vendors to enhance our operations.
Oversee the performance, promotion, and salary evaluation procedures.
Recruit top people and manage the whole onboarding experience, building seamless, scalable, and highly successful systems that guarantee new workers feel welcomed and incorporated into the company and their teams.
Develop and own a people operations data dashboard that displays vital and actionable information about our expanding and developing organization.
Implement and enforce rules that are compliant, realistic, and consistent with the culture and environment we want to establish for our workers and the organization.
Engage with workers on employee relations issues, cultural initiatives, and day-to-day process creation and improvement to create a successful work environment.
Research, benchmark, and manage our entire salary, benefits, and perks offerings.
Manage business trips, including two off-sites.

Qualifications

Experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations.
3+ years of recruitment experience, technology and product experience are highly desirable.
7+ years of expertise in different areas of HR and project management.
Highly talented at building and executing scalable processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the HR department and the larger business and team.
Strong working understanding of all People Operations functional areas, including onboarding, recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
Must be metric and process-driven while being flexible.
The ability to collaborate and criticize leaders and executives for the right reasons.
Comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and constantly growing startup environment.
High emotional intelligence and the capacity to explore and debate difficult but essential themes.

Pay: $140k to 160k annually

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
