This position has tactical responsibility to support one of Amkors largest accounts and will be responsible for all aspects of the customer service engagement...
You will work directly with Sales Account Managers to support new business opportunities, sales objectives, and revenue goals and requires interaction with cross functional groups worldwide to meet overall customer requirements.
• Manage the business indices for the assigned customer accounts
• Project management with regards to customers SAP activities, QBRs, customer meetings and revenue recovery
• Submit customer RFQs, respond to Pricing Issues within SAP on a daily basis; address special requirements that had not been quoted and bring to a resolution in a quick manner
• Provide PO acknowledgement, confirm PO accuracy, maintain PO tracker, ensure invoice issuance to POs
• Provide forecast and commit analysis, track Non-Recurring Expenses (NRE), Rebates, Monthly Billing Process
• Create Sales Orders for multiple groups with different needs, requiring attention to detail and flexibility
• Manage the inventory and provide updates to customers on current excess materials
QUALIFICATIONS :
• A minimum of a Bachelors Degree is required in the areas of business, marketing, finance, economics or related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years of related / industry inside sales or customer service experience is required
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required
• Proven problem solving skills with an attention to detail
• This is a career oriented position that requires flexibility with hours to support the business needs and total commitment towards customer service
• Previous experience with SAP or SalesForce is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Lotus Notes is a plus

Who/What We Are Looking For:
+ BS in Computer Science and equivalent experience of at least 3-5 years in similar role
+ Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix System internals
Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning of large-scale systems
+ System automation experience
+ A thorough understanding of how the internet works
+ Experience in operating, troubleshooting and scaling production systems
+ Writing code is strongly emphasized
+ Experience in web application stacks, proxies, load balancers and firewalls
+ AWS experience is preferred
The salary range for this position is $90K-$115K and is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
