Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience in Table Games as a Dealer, for multiple games including black jack, baccarat, and carnival games required. Must have a minimum of two years Casino Dealer experience.
• Experience in craps and/or roulette, perferred.
• Must be able to deal Black Jack with a high level of proficiency.
• Must possess excellent customer service and talent relation skills.
• Must be a High School Graduate or possess an equivalent diploma.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Minimum Qualifications

Preference will be given to applicants with experience/training in the operation of gradalls, front end loaders, bulldozers, track excavators, motor graders, and material sifters.

Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Commercial Drivers License Class "B" and have the ability to obtain a valid Florida Commercial Drivers License Class "A" within six months of employment.

Proficient in word processing and other applicable software.

Additional Requirements

SUMMARY

The Tribal Career Development – Management Trainee - I position, will prepare members of the Seminole Tribe of Florida for a career within Seminole Gaming and the hospitality industry. Management Trainees learn from a blend of on-the-job technical training, specialized classroom training, seminars and workshops dedicated to management best practices, mentoring, and work experience. Essential Functions

Builds, maintains and/or repairs guardrails, traffic barricades, cones, signs, flags and fencing. Dumps, spreads, and tamps asphalt with pneumatic tamper to patch broken or eroded pavement.

Drives truck to transport crew and equipment to work site. Operates tractors with mower attachments, rollers and other related equipment used in landscaping and right-of-way maintenance. Transports and delivers supplies, materials, and tools as needed. Uses shovels, picks, drills, hammers, or other hand power tools.

Mixes, prepares and assists with installation of cement, concrete, sandbags and other materials used in road construction. Places traffic barricades cones or other traffic signs and flags or directs traffic safely around work crews and areas. Acts as a spotter for equipment operators when backing, turning, etc.

Lays sod, spreads hay, fertilizer, or other materials in landscaping or roadside maintenance. Assists with the installation and repair of drainage systems.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to perform physically demanding job duties, occasionally under adverse weather conditions. Six (6) months experience in performing unskilled or semi-skilled laboring duties.

A comparable amount of education, training, or experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.

Additional Requirements

Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver's License Class B CDL or have the ability to obtain within six (6) months of employment.

Some knowledge of tools used in maintenance and construction.

Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.

Ability to read and write. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to work well with others in a "Team Environment".

Performs other related work as required, and operate other equipment as assigned to complete road construction and maintenance projects.
