What We Are Looking For:
SentinelOne is seeking a VP, Enterprise Sales - Data, who displays a deep passion for and proven track record of strategic business planning and development. The VP will have the responsibility for driving the next stage of growth for SentinelOne Data Platform revenues beyond $100M. The VP will have made a career from being the accelerator - driving hyper revenue growth, building sales organizations, and creating Go-to-Market strategies that capture market share in competitive and fast-paced economic climates. Reporting to the GM, DataSet, the VP will lead, coach, build and motivate a diverse sales team to develop and segment markets and customer use cases in security operations, cloud/IT operations, observability, and data analytics.
What You Will Do:
• Lead a high-performance sales organization of Field Account Executives
• Build a team of top talent and deliver productivity that consistently exceeds standards and objectives
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Singularity security sales, Renewals, Customer Success, BD, Marketing, and PM) on strategy and execution to drive adoption, increase productivity, and reduce/eliminate customer churn
• Build a strong cross-functional operating cadence with teams around pipeline, forecasting, deal review, execution, deployment and revenue realization
• Build consistent Go-to-Market Sales strategies that align to global direction but are localized for different market segments to build pipeline and ultimately exceed revenue growth targets
• Execute value-based solution selling techniques and further develop a culture of consultative sales
• Drive Corporate revenue growth through a combination of outbound prospecting and AE sourced pipeline, extreme focus on new logo acquisition, skilled at both velocity based and strategic sales cycles, strategic account planning, cross selling new products/use cases to existing customers
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent providing career development and performance management so that at least 65% exceed quota and we experience no more than 10% regrettable attrition
What Skills and Knowledge You Should Bring:
• 15+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, with a track record of over attainment
• 10+ years of building and leading high-performance SaaS B2B sales teams
• Experience in the cloud/IT operations, observability industries
• Superb communication and presentation skills; able to communicate at the C-level and build a communication cadence for the Americas organization
• Solid technical and commercial skills with an ability to operate independently

• Leadership skills that drive results - Quarterbacking an eco system of people including SE, channel, marketing, executive sponsors, immediate management, among others to effectively advance enterprise sales campaigns to close
• Creative, unique and innovative attitude and motivation to close business across New York State and achieve/exceed quota expectations
• Existing relationships and experience working with channel and alliance partners in SLED/major education institutions and a strong understanding of a channel-centric GTM approaches

SentinelOne is searching for a Technology Ecosystem Partner Solution Architect ("SA") to help us expand strategically with select technology partners. As a member of the SentinelOne Technology Ecosystem team, you will act as the technical liaison between us and our technology partners, playing both a "product manager" as well as "product marketing" type role for the incubation... integration and GTM of our strategic technology partnerships.This role will be focused on scoping strategic integrations with various technology partners, providing technical support and API guidance to enable the partner ecosystem integrations, as well as supporting your partner's GTM and Field events where appropriate.
An ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical and executive communication skills to interact with partner CTOs, product managers, sales engineers and developers. This candidate will also work closely with their Technology Ecosystem teammates to build relationships with these ISV partners, and think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical opportunities to grow the SentinelOne partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess a keen interest and a deep understanding of the Endpoint security ecosystem and Endpoint Protection/Response platforms. As the voice of SentinelOne, you will have the opportunity to participate in partner and industry events and contribute content to promote thought leadership.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a technical role in the SentinelOne Technology Ecosystem organization, supporting the Technology Partner Program and Ecosystem.
• Lead technical discussions with select technology partners on the "art of what's possible" with the SentinelOne platform and our APIs, and in kind, understand the same with respect to their products and tools.
• Educate, enable and coach these partners in refining and validating customer-driven use cases that drive innovation and outsized value for customers.
• Gather partner feedback and influence SentinelOne product roadmap and APIs.
• Develop domain expertise and thought leadership within the broader security ecosystem, and explore potential new areas for expansion.
• Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales Engineering and other internal organizations across SentinelOne on a regular basis.
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of technical experience in security-related product development, technology integrations, or security engineering, ideally in the EDR/XDR industry.
• Domain knowledge and experience in one or more of threat detection, security analytics, IAM, UEBA, cloud security, network security and API security is a strong plus, but not required.
• Experience with one or more programming or scripting languages, including but not limited to Java, C#/Powershell, Python, Go, JavaScript and experience utilizing APIs (REST, GraphQL) to integrate products.
• Technical ability to understand software and recognize areas of product integration, discuss product roadmaps, and engage with product managers.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to provide business and technical guidance to audiences of varying technical abilities including development leaders, executives, product managers and engineers.
• Experience in building technology partnerships in support of business development or related GTM partnership/alliances in the Enterprise Cloud and Security markets.
• Eagerness to innovate and learn new technologies and share your knowledge with the community around you.
