Position Overview The Field Clinical Specialist is a visible position that will provide case support to physicians within certain territories. Case support will be done on peripheral and coronary interventional procedures in the pre-market and post-market phases of product development with the Shockwave Medical IVL technology. The Field Clinical Specialist will also play a critical role in clinical studies including device training, case support and ensuring timely data collection for clinical programs. This position supports both a Territory Manager as well as the Director of Field Clinical Operations who manages case coverage of all territories and field clinical research activities. Case support may be required to support other territories at certain times. Essential Job Functions Physician and hospital staff training, and procedural case coverage to ensure the safe and effective use of Shockwave medical devices. Effectively meet the needs of internal and external customers with a sense of urgency and drive. Present clinical study training materials to support the safe and effective use of medical devices, including study protocol, instructions for use, core lab manuals and case report forms. Manage key customers; foster and maintain strong relationships through direct interactions with all related medical staff. Administrative activities including online training, timely expense reporting, trunk stock and consignment audits, and any other company requirements. Partner with clinical research colleagues to meet business needs in the field including site training, potential data collection for timely database locks, and resolution of critical issues. Requirements Minimum Bachelor's Degree in business, science, nursing or related fields, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years' experience directly supporting interventional vascular, cardiovascular, or interventional radiology procedures within a hospital. Working knowledge of clinical studies, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance guidelines for clinical trials. Effective understanding of relevant regulatory requirements pertaining to the role. Product knowledge including product vigilance and medical device reporting. High attention to detail and accuracy. Computer skills (MS Office products, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.). Good prioritization and organizational skills. Excellent critical thinking skills. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills. High energy and results-oriented individual who is mature and successful in a business environment and is skilled in motivating and inspiring people. Works effectively on cross-functional teams. Demonstrated willingness to make decisions and to take responsibility for such. Effective written, verbal and presentation skills with all levels of customers and management. Position Overview
The Sr. Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA) will be responsible for establishing, managing and meeting milestones of clinical studies in compliance with applicable clinical and regulatory standards and in alignment with business needs. They will be accountable for clinical project management activities, for coordination with cross-functional counterparts and contract research organizations (CROs) in global studies. This position requires strategic, project and resource management responsibilities for the assigned clinical program(s) to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of interventional products. This work is accomplished with moderate supervision and requires a motivated, self-starter who can work independently once projects are assigned.

Position Overview
The Sr. Director, IT PMO holds both the leadership and management roles in the PMO and will be accountable for oversight of all projects in the IT Portfolio. The Director, Purchasing reports to the Corporate Controller. This person will collaborate with various functions across the business. As the first and leader role in Corporate/Indirect Procurement, is responsible for developing a strategic approach to the corporate procurement process for the purchase of indirect goods and services.
Essential Job Functions
• Manage all aspects of the Corporate/Indirect Procurement function
• Lead the procurement team to develop and execute the optimum supplier allocation, pricing, contract structure, capacity, and risk strategies
• Create, update, and maintain policies to implement and lead the company for future growth
• Monitor and manage supplier compliance to contract terms, product availability, quality and service level expectations, and cost
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects for innovations and lead in the development of win-win solutions to meet business needs
• Search, locate and approve new vendors, wherever applicable, with support from various functions
• Quote, negotiate, and secure orders of materials and services to support internal requirements
• Build strategic relationships with vendors and conduct CPFR (Collaborative planning, forecast and replenishment) meetings
• Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• 10 years of related procurement experience
• 7-10 years of senior management experience
• Strong logical and prioritizing skills required
• Self-driven, positive, and results-oriented performer
• Excellent communication in both verbal and written
• Procurement and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of people management and development
• Ability and desire to work with various functions across a multitude of management levels and partners
• Able to stay flexible and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Experience with QAD or other ERP systems
