Responsibilities
• Assist residents in daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, cooking, toileting, and transferring.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as prescribed by the healthcare providers.
• Provide support to patients as needed. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and personal needs.
• Document in-home care services effectively and consistently improve residents’ quality of life.
• Actively communicate with patients and their families to provide support and information on medical care.

Qualifications Required Qualifications: Home Health Aide Certification (CNA or HHA) Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification from an accredited Home Health Agency Current CPR Current Medical Card Ability to read, write and speak English.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Have a complete understanding of all functional and technical Requirements and/or Acceptance Criteria

· Work with the QA Lead to create the Level of Effort (LOE) estimate for all testing activities within the project

· Work with the QA Lead to create the Test Plan

· Work with Business Analyst, Developers, and DBA’s in defining detailed and reusable Functional, System Integration, and Regression test cases and completing the Requirements Traceability Matrix

· Execute manual and automation Test Cases for various test types (smoke, functional, regression, etc.)

· Provide support to the UAT team, if requested

· Complete required QA documentation in an accurate and timely manner. Provide edits to QA documentation as necessary if the project’s Requirements change, if the scope changes, if the testing schedule changes, etc.

· Execute all Test Cases according to the Test Plan or explain why risk-based / priority testing is executed

Qualifications:

· 3+ years’ experience with modern Q/A methodologies

· Experience reading/writing User Stories and Business requirements and interpreting them as a user

· Experience working in Agile and Kanban development frameworks

· Experience creating and executing test scripts

· Experience designing test data and test documentation

· Experience with Jira or other agile management systems

· Preferred: U/X experience, creating mock-ups and stories for improved user interactions. Strong documentation and organizational skills

· Preferred: Financial systems background, particularly in wealth management and/or wholesale insurance
