Job Functions
You will be responsible for turning data into information and insights, and insights into recommendations for sales steering decisions. The Sales Planning Analyst will be responsible for supporting Agency, Corporate, TMC, and direct sales teams with reporting, analytics, and assisting with strategic sales initiatives.
• Create and own dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that synthesize raw data into digestible and actionable information
• Gather specifications for report requirements, providing consultation on report design, data quality, and feasibility
• Interpret data, analyze results using multiple data sources and provide insights and recommendations that the business can action
• Gather and analyze marketplace data, booking, competitor pricing actions, air partners’ network and provide analysis to relevant stakeholders in sales and marketing

• Provide additional ad-hoc analysis as needed
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative filed such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in analytics and/or business intelligence
• Exceptional analytical skills – with a proficient ability to work with large and complex datasets
• Quantitatively inquisitive with a desire to develop and continuously improve analytic processes
• Expert in Excel and Power BI
• Experienced in Tableau or similar data visualization tools
• Strong storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to convey complex concepts to a diverse audience
• Problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees
