What you'll do
• Prospect and qualify over phone and emails potential customers, within an assigned geographic territory.
• Develop corporate customer prospects through direct phone selling and emails
• Work in coordination with your Sales team on defining and executing a lead generation plan from both a vertical and regional prioritization perspective.
• Qualify inbound leads that come through our website and other inbound channels.
• Articulate Singular’s SaaS product offering and ways of differentiating to other companies in the mobile ad tech ecosystem.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly goals and complete projects.
• Assist the Sales and Marketing team with ongoing ad-hoc projects.
• Display self-discipline and focus to effectively manage an high volume business;
What you’ll need
• Previous SDR experience working for a company in the mobile ad tech or analytics space is preferred, but not a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Other languages is an advantage
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach or other common SDR tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Team-oriented, positive and collaborative can-do attitude.

The Role
Singular is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Finance team to manage the US & India markets. As a Senior Bookkeeper you will be responsible for preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits at Singular. We׳re looking for a highly motivated, organized and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our growing Finance team and assist with our day-to-day accounting requirements and monthly closing process. What you will do:
• Managing all bookkeeping aspects

• Fixed assets - Additions, deductions and depreciation JE.
• Manage employee travel and expense reports on a monthly basis.

• US Sales tax account management

Position Summary
As a Manufacturing Associate (Proteins & Enzymes), you will be responsible for producing high quality proteins and enzymes. You will express proteins in bacterial systems and purify with FPLC chromatographic systems. Work will be done at R&D and production scale. You will support day to day manufacturing operation. This is a highly collaborative position and requires a great sense of teamwork and productivity.
You must be able to carry out routine tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail. We are seeking a self-driven pro-active individual who enjoys a unique opportunity to learn new techniques and chemistries from the ground up.
This role is ideally suited to a candidate who is self-motivated and excited by a startup environment where opportunity to rise to frequent and diverse challenges is commonly encountered.
Responsibilities
• Assist in day-to-day set up and running of lab operations. Prepare purification buffers with SOPs and carry out lab procedures and SOPs as required to support lab needs.
• Assist in expression and purification of proteins in production environment.
• Able to run small scale bioreactors and learn quickly.
• Execute cell lysis, cell harvesting, centrifugation, and other protein expression and purification techniques.
• Complete lab testing: SDS gel, protein characterization.
• Implement good manufacturing practices in protein production environment, e.g. for sterility, bacterial growth and fermentation.
• Able to work with moderate supervision.
• Develop basic understanding of chromatography and protein purification techniques.
• Maintain excellent record keeping and documentation in line with a production environment.
• Produce high quality work with great attention to detail. Highly skilled in multi-tasking with accuracy.
• Operate in accordance with all EH&S requirements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science degree is a plus, preferably biology.
• >0-2 years of relevant manufacturing or research laboratory experience.
• Familiarity and hands on experience with common laboratory equipment and techniques: pipets, vortex mixer, weigh balance, buffer preparation, UV spectrophotometer, etc.
• Hands on experience with proteins is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with FPLC is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Self-starter and able to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Able to follow strict manufacturing SOPs.
• Experience in GLP and cGMP is a plus.
The estimated base hourly range for this role based in the United States of America is: $19.60 - $26.95. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Should the level of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable salary range may be updated accordingly. The Team and The Position
As a Manufacturing Associate - Reagents, you will be responsible for preparing reagents for daily sequencing runs, fulfilling buffer requests, and building reagents for both internal and external demand. You will also be responsible for cleaning glassware, filling and sealing kits, and maintaining all documentation within a cGMP production environment. Responsibilities:

Working with R&D Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering you will support the creation of new manufacturing processes and procedures to enable successful integration and commercialization of our instruments. You will play a key role in developing the new product transfer process, configuration management, and test documentation. As part of a small and dynamic team in a startup environment, you will be expected to make multi-disciplinary contributions, i.e., participate in manufacturing process design reviews, participate in the design of the manufacture cells including ergonomic assessments.

This role will be based at our Sorrento Valley Manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine instrument bring-up testing following SOPs, WIs, and Quality Test Procedures (QTP).
• Participate in design reviews and engineering change orders. Effectively communicate changes to the rest of the test team.
• Spearhead troubleshooting on optics failures and laser alignment. Train less experience technicians and provide solutions.

Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual that can think innovatively and has a track record of solving problems effectively while delivering results. The Associate Director of Image Processing will head research and development of high-speed image processing and data analysis algorithms for in situ data.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with (1) cell segmentation; (2) three-dimensional data processing and visualization, (3) understanding of parallel computing and analysis of big data (4) image processing for single molecule applications; (5) secondary analysis of spatial data (multicolor fluorescence). Experience processing single molecule FISH or in situ sequencing data is a strong plus. Other relevant experience can include analysis of single cell RNAseq data. They will have experience leading teams of scientists and engineers to develop and deliver innovative image processing and computer vision solutions to real-world problems.
Responsibilities
• Design and test algorithms for complex, high-speed image processing applications.
• Direct the work of the image processing team to meet the goals of the business, and set overall direction and vision.
• Work closely with the high-performance computing team to translate prototype algorithms to production code.
• Interact with teams in bioinformatics, optics, systems integration, and molecular biology.
Qualifications
• PhD in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or related field.
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in image processing and computer vision.

Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual that can think innovatively and has a track record of solving problems effectively while delivering results. The Associate Director of Image Processing will head research and development of high-speed image processing and data analysis algorithms for in situ data.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with (1) cell segmentation; (2) three-dimensional data processing and visualization, (3) understanding of parallel computing and analysis of big data (4) image processing for single molecule applications; (5) secondary analysis of spatial data (multicolor fluorescence). Experience processing single molecule FISH or in situ sequencing data is a strong plus. Other relevant experience can include analysis of single cell RNAseq data. They will have experience leading teams of scientists and engineers to develop and deliver innovative image processing and computer vision solutions to real-world problems.

POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Principal Firmware Engineer, you will lead a small and dynamic team of engineers to architect, design, and develop embedded controls for sophisticated scientific instrumentation. You will collaborate with other technical leaders to provide direction and mentorship for the team, and to plan and prioritize work balancing current engineering with our product roadmap. Primary responsibilities for this position are to generate firmware requirements/specifications and to design/develop/test embedded code for new, custom, and existing biotechnology products, and to review and provide feedback on the work of others. The candidate will be capable of multi-disciplinary contribution, working with scientists and other engineering teams in the definition and design of optical/electrical/mechanical subsystems.
