How you’ll make an impact:
SiriusXM is looking for a Product Manager to join our Digital team focusing on Retention. This team member will work on the evolution of SiriusXM's digital properties with the goal of optimizing the customer experience by improving the ease at which a customer can conduct transactional functions online, reducing reliance on non-digital acquisition channels and increasing digital penetration. Transactions include: purchases, chat, FAQs/knowledgebase, payments, registration flows, and navigating within an account management center.
The Digital Product Manager will be an integral part of the team charged with informing and evaluating the next generation of the digital experience for siriusxm.com to drive innovation and improvements to help digital penetration and call deflection. They will be responsible for collecting and utilizing requirements, data, and consumer insights to provide actionable product development recommendations for a team of UX designers, developers, and marketers.
The right candidate will have a strong product management background with a portfolio of successfully released improvements and features for companies with aggressive marketing objectives to drive digital penetration.

What you’ll do:

What you’ll need:

How you’ll make an impact:
The successful candidate will apply their experience in building Android software solutions and integration of SiriusXM service for future automotive Infotainment systems.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of participating in an embedded SW development team, designing, implementing, and testing sophisticated software architectures, and will have been directly responsible for developing software.
What you’ll do:
• Contribute as designer and developer to building and integrating Linux and Android components into an Android (AAOS) based infotainment solutions for automotive consumer devices.
• Responsible for the entire life cycle of the assigned domain, including requirements, system design, development, deployment, and maintenance of the infotainment software.
• Participate in the design of a best-in-class in-vehicle platform for SiriusXM infotainment systems.

This team member will work on the evolution of SiriusXM's digital properties with the goal of optimizing the customer experience by improving the ease at which a customer can conduct transactional functions online, reducing reliance on non-digital acquisition channels and increasing digital penetration. What You’ll Need

• Experience defining requirements for complex login, registration and purchase flows across mobile and desktop devices, ideally for a paid subscription model or related ecommerce business
• Agile product development background with knowledge of Waterfall or other software development lifecycles and project management methodologies.

The Audio Production Assistant will work with members of the Howard Stern Post Production team to support various department needs for audio production and content development on multiple Sirius XM platforms. This role will combine technical & organizational skills as well as creative abilities.

• Prepare & publish programming for the Sirius XM app On Demand.
