Perform assigned site checks per week at designated THS location(s).

These... checks may be split between multiple staff members per location. Site checks to include the following: Complete inspection of the physical space to ensure residents are in compliance with House Rules and Extended Supervision terms set by the Department of Corrections (DOC); including verifying they are within property limits, performing household maintenance, participating in lawn care and snow removal responsibilities, visitation policies, non-possession of contraband and maintenance of a drug, alcohol, and crime-free living environment. Ensure appropriate supplies are stocked.

Create electronic reports based on observations for each site check (see details below). Meet with Program Director on a regular basis via phone, video conferencing, or in-person to report on the on-going TLP operations at given location(s). Complete required documentation, which includes: Incident reports on all program rule or law violations.

Record daily summaries of resident interactions, resident consequences issued, suicide watch and related issues in communication log. Complete site check log each day to include exact time of all site checks and whether there was face-to-face contact with the offender(s) during each checks Maintain thorough knowledge of offender(s) criminal, family, mental health, employment, and substance abuse histories in order to assist in comprehensive supervision within the community. Assist Director in ensuring residents are maintaining sufficient food items for three meals per day.Collect, inventory, and secure property of residents who are unsuccessfully discharged within 24 hours of such discharge.

Hold accountability to TLP Director. Supervision is ongoing and occurs through individual consultations, in services, departmental meetings, and as-needed when requested by the DOC. COMPANY BACKGROUND Since 1966, Genesis Behavioral Services, Inc.

Job Description

This position will perform site readiness reviews prior to construction: site accessible, to grade, both customer & public facilities located/staked, trench path available, forestry complete, obstructions in area, customer conduits installed & marked/pull strings, traffic control requirements, identify/verify primary/secondary voltages, identify special equip needs, materials delivered, gas meter mounted in designed location/correct height & inspected, gas meter location marked, does an outage need to be coordinated along with other misc site observations. Identify boring requirements if needed, hydorvac assistance.

Qualifications

Must have knowledge of gas main and service construction methods/procedures, roadway protection requirements, Capabilities of tools and equipment, ability to read/understand blueprints used in line construction, and a keen sense of and ability to identify and mitigate safety hazards on the jobsite prior to the crew arriving to perform work. Basic skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proficiency in uploading/downloading files from remote locations via wireless connectivity will also be required.

The successful candidate must be dependable with good time management skills and ability to organize/prioritize workload to meet a schedule. They must also possess excellent communication skills and be a team player.

• All aspects of the job are to be performed with an emphasis on safety.
• To build and maintain a working knowledge of federal, local, and company compliances.

What You Will Bring:

Required:
• Excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills
• Construction or Construction Inspection background
• Additional requirements include a minimum of a high school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
• A pre-employment drug test as well as quarterly random drug testing is also required.
• Must be willing to work daily in the Denver Metro area
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
